Enhancing the stay experience
U have a long terrace on third floor that can be used by the guests to enjoy cold wind or to walk a bit it can be cleaned and maintained beautifully with plants etc but it’s full of lots of junk scattered here and there still I walked the terrace as I have a habbit of morning walk it could give good experience if u get it cleaned Very dirty dustbin in washroom can be replaced with new and thrown not to be used in other rooms also Room is big enough and good but beddings shd be provided in good form they were given clean on request but still not stocked so u can feel threads on face the rooms are large enough but a finishing touch needed in room to make it a better experience for guest a experienced pr manager Shd look into all these things I am sure if u spend money on these things to keep it clean with proper dusting and replacing few items it will be good Staff boys shd be given proper training to clean the rooms properly cleaning of floor is not cleaning you have to see rest items also in room like phone set is full of dust don’t feel like it holding it rusted showers in washroom shd be replaced with new ones
