Very disappointing experience with FabHotels and Sri Krishnan Residency, Nanganallur.
I had booked rooms for my guests attending my son’s function and paid the advance amount well in advance through Fab. However, when my guests reached the hotel, the hotel management informed them that they had not received any booking confirmation/mail from Fab and stated that rooms were unavailable.
During an important family function, instead of focusing on my guests and rituals, I was forced to continuously coordinate between Fab and the hotel, which caused unnecessary stress and embarrassment.
Even after all this inconvenience:
* The rooms and bathrooms were not clean
* Guests were charged a higher amount
* Hotel staff were not polite or supportive
* Customer support from Fab was extremely poor
* My advance amount is still stuck
There appears to be a serious lack of coordination between FabHotels and the hotel property. I would strongly advise customers to reconfirm bookings directly with the hotel before travel. Overall, this was a highly unprofessional and disappointing experience.

They are totally fraud.
They don’t take call once you pay some amount online for booking. They make you fall in trap that only rs200 or 25% for prebooking and easily get trapped and then they say more money to confirm the booking or pick your but when they tell about it that you are trapped they put you on hold continuously whenever you call them by saying we will solve it and immediately put you on hold.

Pathetic service
Booked a room in Pune. In the room, TV was not working. Multiple power cuts during the afternoon in which AC stops working. Toilet jet spray broken. Basic maintenance is missing.
And then breakfast is provided at 9 AM. I told them that I need breakfast at 8 since I need to reach office by 9 but that also was denied. At last I called the customer care to at least remove the breakfast from my booking and provide me credits for that. Even that request was also not considered. Extremely disappointed with the support.

Your representative inder has provided us false commitments, he booked hotel only for 4 guests instead of 5 and also don’t apply the discount that why hotel has taken extra amount from us.

Dont ever book from this app
Recently i booked a hotel from this app and when i arrived midnight to hotel, no one responded and on top after 30 mins a receptionist came saying no rooms, after heated argument he made me wait for 1 hr and gave a room at 1:00 AM. Worst part is i couldn’t complain to customer care because the roll free number is not responding..worst experience

Hotel denied check in
I should give zero stars. Hotel denied their presence with fab. But fab booked the reservation and I paid the entire amount foolishly. On the day of check in, no other option and paid and booked again with that hotel. Double charged and got cheated with fab. Customer care number doesn’t give option to talk to an agent . All other numbers in FAQ doesn’t exist at all. It’s kind of cheating. Horrible experience . Both loss of money and time with such a stress

Worst customer service experience
I have been following up regarding my refund for the hotel booking where I was charged twice, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I’ve called customer service multiple times—at least 10 agents so far—and every time I am kept on hold for nearly an hour only to be disconnected or spoken to rudely.
Not a single agent has offered any real help, apology, or proper support. This level of unprofessional service is unacceptable.

We have stayed at FabHotels comfort stay at Miramar Goa for 10 days to attend 56th IFFI. It was very convenient and pleasant stay over here, Staff Shri Kunal, Praveen and Gaurav were very cooperative and helpful. Only problem of Internet connectivity, wi-fi is not working properly, it’s to be improve. Overall stay was more convenient. Thanks!

Cheap service
I booked a room today, 22 November 2025, through Fab customer service. When I reached the hotel, the reception told me all rooms were already booked. I immediately called customer service again. The first executive said they needed to transfer my call to resolve the issue, and then I was left on hold for more than 45 minutes. No one picked up after that.
This is extremely careless. I’m in a new city, my booking was confirmed, I paid in advance, and still ended up in a complete mess. I need a full refund for this experience.

Worst experience
Had a terrible experience with fabhotels. The first hotel that I booked through fabhotels was locked from inside and I kept calling the numbers that were provided at the board of the building but nobody answered and it was heavily raining and I got completely drenched. I called the customer service of fabhotels and they put me on hold for more than 10 mins then I cut the call and called again. The customer support staff was very rude but he arranged the other hotel which was 3 kms away from the first place. Customer support staff was not at all empathetic and I told him that it’s highly inconvenient then he said I can’t do anything. Anyway, I reached this emirates Inn only to find out that there’s no hotel there by this name. The actual name of the hotel is Fortune Key Rooms and I kept on searching for the hotel and wasted another 10 mins there. Then finally the person at the reception came outside and I could check-in. The room quality was terrible. The sheets were dirty with holes in them and the shower was broken, no handwash, no towels were provided. All he gave me was a small soap. There was no water also. The bathroom door was faulty and I got locked inside and kept jimmying for 10 mins and finally was able to unlock. This was by far the worst experience ever

Harassment at its peak
I did a booking with them on 23 Sep 2025 morning First they never sent any booking confirmation message or anything.. Then later in the evening got to know about cloud burst in Kolkata when I reached out to their support team for cancellation they kept me on hold for good 20+ mins and after trying multiple times for cancellation all of a sudden my calls were midway disconnected. Then on website it started showing canceled again no message for cancellation acknowledgement. Now I’m not sure if or when will I get my money back because as per the website message if I could cancel before 10am on 24th September I would get 100% refund. However, no assurance so far received on website or app or calls.
