They lured you to a trial and suddenly subscribe you to a ton of apps without you knowing. Then theyd attempt to charge you hundreds of dollars without notifications.
Bugs and useless support
Great at first, but the more you get into it, the more bugs and strange content you find. The support team can’t access any screenshots you attach to their help request form, and they repeatedly email you asking for a description of the issue that you already described.
No Plan
This app tells you it will help you build a plan so you can achieve your goals, but it does not build a plan based on your responses… which makes me wonder why it asked the same questions two or three times over because it doesn’t do anything with it! It wants you to build your own plan, so why would you pay for this?

Keeps charging me after cancelling
This app keeps trying to charge me after I have cancelled. TG I put in my Apple Cash as payment when I did a trial or I’d have to fight every month to get 50 bucks back.
Blessing
This app has changed my life for the better. I am now practicing better habits, letting go of people and things that are not in my best interest and staying on track with the routines I set. The reminders are awesome because it helps me to keep going as distractions arise.

This app NEEDS you to know that not only is it there, it craves your interaction. You’ll get three pop ups you didn’t ask for when you click on any notification from it prior to getting where you actually wanted to go within the app. It is less motivator and more annoyance. Two stars because I did drink water in bed.

Lots of thoughtful questions followed by multiple attempts to scam you into a subscription.
You think you are entering into a “pay what you want” bargain but you are actually signing up to a hefty monthly subscription (with the “option” for lots of add ons).
Avoid at all costs. This is not how real psychologists and life coaches operate.

Be wary of your card information
Have barely even used the app, I forgot to set up the notifications to have it delivered to me in my phone’s Focus settings, but this is not about that, this is about what they do when you give them your card details for a free trial. I got the one week and realized I just never saw the notifications for it, so I went to cancel it, and it gave me the option to extend it for one week, so I thought maybe, why not, and extended it and marked down the exact date it would renew, so I could go online and cancel it. Little did I know, they hid a whole other charge underneath the main one for the only app of theirs I had an account on, a “bundle” subscription on top of the one I was signing up for a trial for, for apps I did not even have. I never attempted to cancel that one because I didn’t even know I had given them consent to attempt to charge me for it at all. This morning, I received a message from my bank stating that they blocked a fraudulent charge, and a website’s name. Since I was not expecting any charges, because the date for the renewal was not for a week, I stated that it was not me who attempted the charge, and immediately my card got cancelled and now I have to wait around for a new one, and I have to go through and update my card information now for all my bills. All because of this incredibly deceptive and scammy app that I never even got around to using. I am irritated beyond measure and dearly hope they get hit with a class action lawsuit, any business this scummy with trying to get your money is not worth a cent on principle. If they had a product good enough, they would just be upfront about everything and allow the product to speak for itself, ESPECIALLY since it appears that they target ND people and those with ADHD, meaning they target those who are most likely to forget to track their subscriptions and how many times they got charged for something. Honestly, just disgusting overall and I am so irritated by the utter inconvenience, I would give it zero stars everywhere if I could. Never ever give them your card info, only get your free trials through the App Store and remember to cancel as soon as you decide it is not for you!
