Total Scam
Do not download this app! I originally signed up for a £10 monthly trial via a Facebook ad. Without warning, they automatically charged my card £49.99 the following month. When I contacted customer support (WOWOO LTD) to ask for a refund, they refused. To make matters worse, even though they took my £50, the app still shows as "locked" and is asking me to buy a subscription AGAIN. I have paid for a service I cannot even use. Their support team ignores the technical issue and only says "your subscription is cancelled for the future." They are literally stealing money at this point. Save your money and stay away This company (WOWOO LTD / Faceform) is predatory and the app is rubbish. Read the other reviews—I am not the only one this has happened to!

Watch out for monthly fee
I signed up for one month at a cost of £10 via a Facebook add. The app was glitchy with exercises cutting out and some exercises required equipment which was not mentioned when signing up! It wouldn’t upload my second photo at the end so no comparison of skin tone/firmness at the end. Should have known it was too good to be true. Once 30 days up they took £49.99 via my debit card! Now trying to get this cancelled before they take anymore!

Don't purchase
I paid for the trial, which says it expires 7/19/26 under subscriptions, yet I only had access for a week. Tried to email customer service but didn't get a response.
App won’t let me sign in
For some reason they had no problem sending me a receipt and charging my credit card; however, after downloading the app and entering my email I repeatedly get the message that I don’t have an account. Please refund
3 day free trial? You’ve taken a months payment?
Not happy, thought I had a 3 day trial before signing up but they’ve taken £12.99 already on my 1st day trial ???
