使えなくて困っています
3ヶ月コースをお支払いして、有効期限が7月14日までなんですが、急に使えなくなっています。原因は何でしょうか？教えていただけるとうれしいです。

I bought this app years ago! Now they‘ve changed to a subscription plan?! The app is too limited to be worth monthy payment, definitely overpriced.

Purchased app, no where to login and access content. Tried to go to help tab and app kept closing. THEN went and reached out to app developer and wanted to submit my message about the issues and get a messed up error message

Cannot restore lifetime pro subscription
Like the others, I purchased a lifetime pro subscription several years ago. I cannot restore my purchase, it just says no active subscription found.
I tried to message them from the app twice but it shuts down both times. Will update my star rating when i get this resolved.

I complained about not being able to restore by lifetime purchase before, but I finally managed to after reading the developers reply to certain complaints . Just delete the app and download it again. Go to app settings and click on restore. It worked like a charm ! So glad I got it back! I’ve been using this app for more than 5 years and I had seen results. But since it was locked for a while and didn’t know how to restore it, i couldn’t use it. Im definitely doing the exercises again ! Thank you 🙏

Ich hatte den Lifetime Access gekauft. Es war alles super. Ich habe die App gern benutzt. Doch seit das ABO eingeführt wurde, funktioniert die App nicht mehr. Ich kann den Kauf nicht wiederherstellen. Mails an den Support bleiben unbeantwortet. Das geht gar nicht. 👎🏻😡

I was using this app for a while with pleasure. I did buy it!! But now it is not working now !! Application does not start, instead, it keeps crushing! There seems no new update in the App Store. So the Version is up to date. Please get back to me asap..
Fraud!
I bought lifetime access to the app, and yet I only have access to one exercise. Many other users describe the same problem. Why does an app like this stay in Apple's App Store?
Subscription Fraud
I bought a lifetime membership and was recently locked out of my membership. I’ve called and emailed the company and no one has responded. Apparently “lifetime” means something else to this company. I want my membership restored or my money returned.
Disappointed
I bought the app over a year ago and now half the content is suddenly locked. Why do that to people who purchased from you? This app was good for what I originally paid for it. It absolutely not worth over $100 a year.
Broken promise?
Well I bought access like 2 years ago you had 3 o choices you could pay monthly or you could pay for whole year or you could pay for a lifetime access so I choose the lifetime access and completely forgot about it ( use it like 2 weeks)didn’t use then a couple of days ago I wanted to tray again and the app did not work, tried again today and still nothing so I deleted the app and downloaded again and I don’t have that access any more 🙁

So disappointed
I purchased full unlock of the app when I first downloaded it. The app changed to subscription and my full access was removed. Tried restore purchase but it say I have no active subscriptions. Not happy, it was over $20 if I remember correctly and now I’ve nothing to show for it. Sad

Bought lifetime access, which was a very reasonable price, they then switched to much more profitable monthly subscription model and canned my access.

Not working
Two years ago I purchased a lifetime yoga program. After the app last upgrade, I can’t access any video and I’m requested to pay again. I wrote two emails to the developer and yet haven’t got any answer. I want my money back.
App used to work well
I have purchased the life-time subscription and each time I go to use the app the sessions are locked. The re-set does not work and purchasing again (just in case) informs me that the app has already been purchased and I can install it again for free. … great, still does not work.

App molto ben fatta ed utile. Peccato però che non la possa più utilizzare dopo l’aggiornamento a iOS 14.4, benché avessi acquistato l’abbonamento a vita. Aggiornamento aprile 2023: Ero riuscita a riutilizzare l’app, ma ora è nuovamente inaccessibile. Non riconosce il mio account e non posso ripristinare l’acquisto. L’app va in Crush quando seleziono l’opzione. Molto delusa.
