Gave it another shot and it seems to be worse if not unusable.
I used this app years ago and loved it except the color scheme. For an app that I would rely on everyday I needed better colors. So I recently attempted to give it another try and the app is so slow. I downloaded and just played around by adding “test task” and after every click the app would have to load for several seconds slowing down the whole process. Accessing the app on the browser wouldn’t even work because the whole site is unresponsive. I couldn’t navigate since most of the elements were off the screen. I really wanted this app to work because I love the concept. It seems to have gotten worse since I first used it maybe 8 years ago.

With my extremely limited skills, I couldn't figure out how to create an account. I moved on to the next app.
Not intuitive
This app offers a lot of promise compared to other GTD apps. However, the learning curve too Streep and/or the app is too buggy to even get started with. Get all the issues fixed, and I might be tempted to use it. For example, how do I even create a new tag? No keyboard shows up.
Best GTD App I’ve Used
I’ve used the GTD system for several years now. I’ve tried several apps that advertise themselves as GRD-friendly. FacileThings is the best and smoothest I’ve found. I understand they have some design upgrades in mind. I look forward to seeing them.

Frustrating app
I have to say, I love Facile Things. They are the best implementation of GTD out there, yet both the web app and the mobile app are so poorly written. Everything takes much more time than it should. Marking a task as done should be instantaneous and yet here it lags a lot. If only the app were native!
