Useless app

I’d give it zero stars if possible. Can’t log in. Even though log in & password are accurate, message says the are incorrect. Abysmal, frustrating experience. Fix it or delete the app entirely

Cannot even login using app, it works with the webbrowser. The company is a big scam, they always charge more than the work, warranty is useless

Not for Customers

This app is for the vendors and contractors to use! Not for customers to login to their FAHW accounts. Customers need to login online.

Ap is not working anymore.

Ap is not working anymore. I have to login through a desktop. Same credentials on my Ap and it’s telling me wrong password.
Also my technical will not and my calls emails it’s voice mails. It’s been almost 5 days now.

Any other good music apps ?

Basically not an App

As pointed by others this app does not generate a password to login. Period whichever way you try!

Tired of signing issues

I have never signed on successfully in a year without and issue. I read it on all the reviews. It’s the app and web site. Fix it already

White screen

When selecting “replace water heater” the whole screen goes white and causes the report to be lost.

Can’t log in

Like others have said. I can log in on browser but not into the app. I’ve tried resetting etc and it just doesn’t work

Keep resetting the password, over and over ,. Not a good app

This app is more frustrating then the issues with the house lol ,keep resetting the password every time I have to long in , very frustrating customer

Very bad app

They need to work to make this app better I can’t login and I’m having hard times trying to change my password I follow the steps but it won’t let me login 😨

Can even log in

This app is worse than their website and their customer service. I don’t know how they can run a business like this. Can’t login can’t request an email update nothing.

We do not have an app for our customers, you'll want to use the website for that: https://homewarranty.firstam.com/. If you are a technician and having issues you will want to reach out to your CRM and let them know what issues you are having so we can resolve.

Different day, same problem

I just downloaded the app and can’t log in even though I also just logged in on the web using the same credentials.
The response to all of previous reviews is to contact someone. The most recent was a contractor relations team. There’s no such thing on the app or website.
Is the app supposed be for customers/clients or only for the contractors doing the work at the homes?
This is very unclear, confusing, and frustrating.

Have to use the website. Login errors every time.

Not user friendly

No idea how to tell if jobs have been submitted. No way to look at completed jobs. Not good.

The app was designed to manage work while in the field (viewing customer details, advising customer you are on the way, updating status and providing reports). To manage your completed work for invoicing, viewing, etc, you will need to log into the full website.

Password app issues

See the review written by someone else a year ago. The same stands true today for me. Horrible app that won’t let you login w/password, but you can do it just fine on the website. What’s the point of this app?! Useless!
