Useless “app”
This app is a scam. It basically is a browser. It opens the mobile site for SHW. It is so outdated that it loads an old client portal by default. Although you can click to navigate to the new client portal, the mobile site is very limited and some buttons don’t function. (Ex: you can’t access policy documents).
Don’t bother with this app, and maybe reconsider another warranty service that invests in a functional client portal.

Scam
When you first call them, they will tell you that they will pay 100% to fix or replace. Then when you place a claim, they keep you waiting for too long then they refuse to pay. Stay away from this company. It is a scam.
I mean move out of the stone ages and update the app
The app takes you to a new URL not an updated app and that is as dated as my grandmother
