OTP will not come, contractor doesn’t care and they won’t even pick the phone. You will ended up with crying and continue on. I want to give any rating, but without single star you can’t even press submit button 🤬🤬
Garbage app makes me nervous now that I have a claim
Can’t get into the app. I have to give my email and they are supposed to send a “code”. Code hasn’t come 6 hours later. My heat went out in the middle of the winter. I called and they claimed they would call me back in 24 hours. Sure as hell is looking more like a scam company.

Terrible in every facet—no timely response, terrible login and claim process, do not reimburse claims
