Total scam
After paying for $40 per month for 8 months we Had a problem with our oven. They didn’t show up for the first two appointments. When they finally showed up 10 days later they did nothing because they said they needed approval to install a $50 part which they had. Then they left. When they got the approval later that day they said they would only cover the part . They said we were responsible for several $100’s in service fees. Total scam

The app does not have a UI
It shows up in html format with broken links and broken sections. Totally unusable. Might as well have just the web version.
Useless “app”
This app is a scam. It basically is a browser. It opens the mobile site for SHW. It is so outdated that it loads an old client portal by default. Although you can click to navigate to the new client portal, the mobile site is very limited and some buttons don’t function. (Ex: you can’t access policy documents).
Don’t bother with this app, and maybe reconsider another warranty service that invests in a functional client portal.
