Useless “app”
This app is a scam. It basically is a browser. It opens the mobile site for SHW. It is so outdated that it loads an old client portal by default. Although you can click to navigate to the new client portal, the mobile site is very limited and some buttons don’t function. (Ex: you can’t access policy documents).
Don’t bother with this app, and maybe reconsider another warranty service that invests in a functional client portal.

Scam
When you first call them, they will tell you that they will pay 100% to fix or replace. Then when you place a claim, they keep you waiting for too long then they refuse to pay. Stay away from this company. It is a scam.
I mean move out of the stone ages and update the app
The app takes you to a new URL not an updated app and that is as dated as my grandmother

App inefficient and not helpful
All this app provides is a Dashboard page that shows any claims filed. I filed a claim and canceled but the claim doesn’t indicate cancelled. The app doesn’t provide my account number, a link to my contract, or any pertinent information related to my account. In reading the reviews on here all I see support reply back with is “we will look into it”. Ok that’s great but how about replying if this is something that will be enhanced, give feedback on our questions and dissatisfaction with the app. Don’t give me some canned response and expect that to satisfy me. I pay too much to this company not to have a robust app.

Simply junk
OTP will not come, contractor doesn’t care and they won’t even pick the phone. You will ended up with crying and continue on. I want to give any rating, but without single star you can’t even press submit button 🤬🤬
Garbage app makes me nervous now that I have a claim
Can’t get into the app. I have to give my email and they are supposed to send a “code”. Code hasn’t come 6 hours later. My heat went out in the middle of the winter. I called and they claimed they would call me back in 24 hours. Sure as hell is looking more like a scam company.

All I can see my info and claim #, service contractor contact and that’s all. I don’t see any progress of my claim of any other information which helps me understand what will happen to my claim. Will that be open for eternity!!!!

I left AHS after 10 years to go with Select. I’ve had to call for 3 issues in my home. Zero (0) covered NO MATTER WHAT the policy says. This warranty company seems to find anything it can to NOT cover your home and weasel out of repairs. Go elsewhere👎
