Faire had been a great way for us to make new customers that we never would have met otherwise. Our customers love it too!
Faire orders won’t sync to Shopify
Huge headache to get traction on Faire as a new brand, but my orders are not syncing from Faire to Shopify, thus resulting in incorrect inventory counts. Haven’t been able to get my ticket escalated to the engineering team after talking to their normal customer support, and it’s resulted in many extra hours of recounting inventory. Really wish they had more technical support for brands when they’re experiencing clear bugs.

Horrible functionality
There are so many things wrong with this app. It’s so vastly limited. Mainly, that I can’t upload products from the app on my phone. I handle all my other inventory through apps from my phone so it makes it really hard. It also crashes every time I try to send a photo to my customers. Refunds are impossible to handle too and very frustrating.

Can't log in to use the app!
I keep getting an error message with my email address and am unable to create an account or do anything! What a bummer

I like Faire, brings me a large clientele, sometimes the website is not easy to use but i figured it out myself. It’s a good B2B website i share your website with other artisans, I wish it’s gonna bring you more clients.
Bare bones, yet functional
I really love the service however, the app has extremely limited functionality. I would like to be able to see payouts, and further order details. Otherwise it’s functional although I do have to log into the website for more in-depth work.
Crashes and full of bugs
Tried using this app during a trade show and it crashed every time we were trying to write an order. So many bugs - can’t update any details of the customers when adding new ones.
Virtually Useless
You will need to keep your laptop/desktop nearby for tasks as simple as fulfilling an order. There is no option to add tracking numbers for
your orders on the app. You also cannot add or edit listings on the app. It appears they’ve made an app solely for the purpose of viewing orders and messaging customers. I enjoy being a seller and buyer on Faire. It’s a great platform, the app simply has very little usefulness.

App is alright
It’s a cool app. But I can’t do everything on the app. I can’t print my label on the app so I still have to go onto the website .
Message replied status not synced across devices.
Message replied on mobile app still shows unread notification in new web browser log in sessions.
Not functional
I can’t print order shipping labels, it’s not even an option to have access to do this from my phone at all anymore
Cant Update on Older iOS
Hey ya’ll. FYI i can’t download the latest update since my iPhone is not compatible with iOS 17. You should make the update optional otherwise the app is unusable on older devices.

Been using Faire for many years, fees and commissions for new customers that find us on the platform have increased significantly making it less profitable. Best way to drop-ship to existing customers by having them use the Direct Link we send out, for 0% commission for those customers. Makes shipping easier and saves shipping costs due to Faire’s special rates from volume discount negotiations.

Buggy and not good for handmade businesses
Overrun with dropshippers and products that are not actually handmade but are marketed as so. In a dispute, Faire takes the side of the retailer. Not artist-friendly. It is the Amazon of wholesale, resulting in uncreative stores.
Not much to this
Doesn’t really have much to offer. It’s only convenient for messages and to check orders. Other than that, it’s not really an app to make it convenient for you to create products, edit or any of that sort. It doesn’t even cover the basic tools. Should rename it as Faire Brand Messaging because that’s all that it is.

I’m surprised Faire can’t come up with a better app! Where’s the rest of the features? Can’t edit your products. Can’t do marketing. It’s basic, bare minimum.
