DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
We’ve been customers for around 20 years and we’re always happy with the service. That was until today. Have no idea what has happened with the company. In our case it’s not about the drivers which have always been very polite, but the employees answering the phone to take the bookings. On two past occasions, I decided to take a deep breath and forget about it but our experience today has prompted me to write this review. I won’t waste my time describing the extremely uncomfortable moment that I’ve gone through, it was simply appalling. Have never come across that level of disdain, lack of education and disregard for the customer. Needless to say that Fairway & Kenwood number has been deleted from my contacts as we won’t be using them ever again.

Used to be a good firm
Have used Fairway&Kenwood cab firm for the past 15 years. Last few times have been a nightmare. Late drivers who don’t know where they’re going/drop off at the wrong location. Will be using other options from now on. Shame.
DO NOT USE
Cancelled my pre ordered cab one hour before supposed to pick us up. That meant we missed our theatre outing. No apology or compensation . Appalling company .
I’d have given zero if that was an option
Useless, cancelled 3 times on the same trip. I thought it was a technical glitch so kept trying. Waste of time. Just take it off the App Store if it doesn’t work!!!
Consistently good
Have tried a variety of airport taxi companies in London over the years and these guys (though not perfect) are consistently the best, by far.
With other companies I have often had problems on early morning pick ups (“oh they got stuck in traffic”...at 5am on a Sunday?!?! - yes, you dreadful BA Transfers) but touch wood I have never had a problem with Fairway.
Only slight consistent problem is being met at Heathrow but eventually you manage to track each other down.
