It gives a lot of information about the child during the time at nursery
Brilliant App
I love this app. It’s brilliant the nursery are great at updating us throughout the day. It’s easy to navigate the app and easy to contact the nursery staff if needed.
Not good
I’m a teacher and parent, and our school recently switched over from Brightwheel. I’ve also used Procare before that. This app has the worst UI of them all! I hate how everything is buried under a drop down menu. We should be able to add multiple children to multiple classrooms. This app is NOT user-friendly at all! The last thing I want to be doing when I’m supposed to be focusing on my class is clicking through 5 different pathways to get to attendance or something! The messaging system is awful too. I really dislike this app. The only nice thing is I can easily switch between my employee and parent accounts, and the documents section is straightforward. Please make this app easier for teachers to use!!!

Unable to like posts
Great app and I love that we get communication from nursery.
A recent update has meant that we’re unable to react to posts - it will open the photo or the child’s name behind the emoji instead.
Update - support fixed this very quickly after reporting; back to a fantastic app again.

Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team! Die Erzieherinnen sind sehr engagiert, freundlich und gehen individuell auf die Kinder ein. Unsere Tochter fühlt sich im Kindergarten wohl und kommt jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln nach Hause. Wir schätzen die liebevolle Betreuung und die gute Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team sehr. Bug introduced in recent update
Good app overall. It seems the recent update has introduced a bug where we (as parents) cannot ‘react’ to the posts that nursery upload.
Eigentlich gut, aber..
Ich finde die App als Elternteil mehr als super. Jedoch seit einer Woche kann man auf Beiträge von der Kita nicht mehr wie gewohnt reagieren. Wenn man z. B. auf ein Emoji klickt, übernimmt er das nicht. Wenn man es noch einmal versucht, wird einem irgendwie die Empfängerliste, wer den jeweiligen Post erhalten soll, anzeigt. Obwohl man da nicht darauf geklickt hatte. Vielleicht liegt da ein Bug vor.. Ich hatte schon geschaut, ob es ein Update gibt. Dieses scheint aber nicht so..

Hallo, wir freuen uns riesig, dass du die App ansonsten super findest! Tatsächlich liegt hier gerade ein Bug vor, der das Reagieren auf Posts verhindert. Unsere Techniker konnten den Fehler auf der Web-Version bereits beheben, und mit dem nächsten App-Update wird alles auch in der App wieder reibungslos laufen. Wir warten hierfür aktuell nur noch auf die Freigabe durch die App-Stores. Vielen Dank für deine Geduld! 💜
Recent update causing issues
Since the last update I can’t do loads in the app - can’t like a post or tags pics of my child
Good app
I really like the Famly app, it has several great features and I like being updated in this way by the nursery. I’m using this review most to report an issue that can’t be reported elsewhere that I’m currently unable to react to posts in my feed, if I select an emoji it brings up the screen of who else has liked/reacted to the post, I’m an iPhone user and my friend who is also an iPhone user has the same issue. Thanks!

Reaction button not working
Can’t like or react to any posts. Such a shame as we come to the end of term and our pre school are going to the effort to post so many lovely updates and special memories.
Unable to like a post
Since update (3 days ago) I can not like or emoji on a post as it simple selects the room and displays this data.
I can press the like button and the emoji comes up, but pressing one simple selects text behind it. Rather annoying actually. Wasn’t an issue last week or months and months we’ve had this app at the nursery. Couldn’t find a report a problem button so a review it is.

Bulk download not possible
The app is alright but it fails to allow users to download photos in bulk with their time stamp. You can tag your kid over time and then you will have to find the day and download photos one by one which is annoying

My nursery have moved to this app and it’s not th e best
Why would I want to see group observations? I don’t care about other peoples children (also not keen on other people having photos of my child

Glitching
The app keeps glitching for example it only gives me a child pick up time of 15:00, it won’t let me change the collection password although I’m the primary contact. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded the app in the hope it’ll fix the glitches but it now says there is a connection issue with the login so I can’t even get back on the app!

Fly on the wall experience for parents at my nursery
Famly is honestly a fantastic all rounder! All 50+ of our families love the fly on the wall experience in a daily basis, some have said they feel as though they’re still with their child with the way we use it.
It’s amazing and it’s in my top fave features of the nursery. Famly for the win!!

Not user friendly
I would need to scroll all the way to bottom as I have to download old pics of my kid. No gallery option where we can see all pictures and videos in one place than scrolling down . It’s really frustrating. Even the scrolling down has bug, suddenly scrolls back up again.
