Fui enganado
Eu até gostava do serviço até a Copa do Mundo, mas não vi sentido de pagar dois meses por um serviço que não seria prestado, já que os jogos pararam para a Copa. Quando fui cancelar a assinatura vi a possibilidade de pausa-la por um período, o que achei conveniente, e assim o fiz, tinha acabado de renovar o mês, e agora pra minha surpresa ao retornar ao serviço fui cobrado novamente. Me sinto enganado, não por conta do valor, mas pela dificuldade de contato humano, e claro pela cobrança indevida e injusta.

Good but Can be better
I am from argentina and I am sort of a die hard fan for my club in argentina called Newell’s old boys. But I live in the usa so watching my club is kind of hard, but with Fanatiz, I Can watch all Newell’s old boys game and more! It is really good in the streaming part but the features are kind of bad. Like I watch my clubs games on an iPad. But for some reason, I can’t seem to flip my screen horizontally when on the homepage. And also there is a button with an option to pick your favorite teams. But for some reason it does not work. Either way, Fanatiz is good, and I do recommend it to South American soccer fans.

Bad customer service
Every single time I have a monthly subscription to see my team Fanatiz had issues with the transmission and I couldn’t see my team playing. They get the permission from one or two companies that has the rights to transmit the matches and retransmit it. It loses quality, sometimes no audio and most no game. I tried to receive my money back or part of it as the match announced was not available and they don’t reply or don’t reimburse as it’s our fault to hire a service that is not fulfilled. I recommend other platforms.

Bad app and event worst customer service
Stream quality is consistently awful. Increased my subscription by %50 without notifying me. Contacted customer service and did not seem to care. Too bad, I closed my account and will be using another streaming service.
Bugs and bugs and bugs
If you can log in, you can watch some games so good luck with that. I had the front row plan which included Copa Sudamericana, but the app keep asking me to update my subscription… I logged out to check if it was a bug, but I got locked out. There was no way to log back in, not on the website, not on the app, not on the TV app. Keep in mind that I subscribed with my Apple ID for ease of use. So much for that. I just cancelled my subscription and I’ll start looking for an app with a better interface and user experience, and I suggest you do the same.

Worst Streaming App in the Market. Apple should remove it from the App Store immediately!
If you cannot develop an application which you are able to see the minutes of the session and select the point you want to watch, then don’t even bother make it available here at the App Store. If you are trying to log in through a web browser, forget about it! The “Login” page has no section for you to input your email/password. Worst streaming experience ever!

MALO
Desastre, es una poronga. Se ve en cuotas, agarra cuando quiere y los relatores bueno, son uno más malo q el otro y no solo eso, te roban a mano armada. El 1er partido puede verse bien los demás te dan ganas de matarse,. Aguante la piratería
