I love going into a movie and knowing where I am sitting and how busy the movie will be. This app is the best for that reason.
I want a movie ticket, not a relationship
I’m tired of every time I use the app that it automatically defaults to accepting promotional emails. I want a ticket. I don’t want a relationship. When I need your service I will use it. Stop forcing us to unsubscribe. And please know, if I can book direct with the theater, I do now. Because I hate getting your emails.

BS promotion in checkout
I installed the promotion that was in the checkout on the app for the Capital One shopping, but never got the credit. Maybe I need to be a member for 25 days or something like the Capital One app says, but that’s misleading. I’m certain I will never get the promotion.

Theater location incomplete
Astounding that Fandango typically shows only the theater name and distance but not the name of the town or other location information.

The app is very glitchy and unclear as to how to proceed to just get your tickets

This is a great app for your iPhone, iPad, or whatever device you have. If you’re a movie goer who likes to be up to date with all the new good films coming out this is it. I’m so happy to have this app on my phone. It’s so easy to get tickets and reserve your seats prior to getting to the theater. I love it!
