Stole my money
Purchased three tickets to The Odyssey in 70MM on Fandango app. They took my money, about $100 and sold the tickets to someone else. They never sent the email confirmation and when I emailed them in the issue they said they’d investigate and I heard nothing. Upon calling them they said they’d investigate can’t do anything and I’d need to call my bank for a refund when they’re the ones who took my money. Never got my refund still.

Generally smooth experience
I like having the ability to add favorite theaters, being able to see trailers in the app, and the ability to export the tickets to Apple wallet with ease. The check seats option is fantastic, and it is painless making selections and when ordering tickets the membership automatically removes the online fees. One thing that is massively annoying however is that you cannot simply apply your club membership codes when purchasing tickets, whether it is the monthly benefit or the ones earned for buying 4 tickets. You have to exit and go to another area of the app, copy a coupon code, then go back to buy your tickets. If they get that worked out to where you can just click apply your fan club benefits when purchasing tickets this would be a perfect five star app IMO

Not working to buy tickets
Won’t load the seat maps at all so can’t buy tickets. Tried deleting app and reloading it twice today.

I find the app very confusing now than it used to be. It took me a while before I was able to figure out how to just find the show and purchase the tickets, too many promotions! I just wanted to buy the tickets, pick seats and show time!

Not happy
The app is not intuitive or easy to use. Feels like a legacy product that needs updating. It’s too many steps that don’t coordinate. I tried to buy tickets, then got pushed to sign in. Then got pushed to sign in then got pushed to opt out of cookies, then got pushed to an opt out of any fandango related emails then asked to leave page and then got dumped back to the general screen. When I redid everything the seats that I wanted were still locked bc of what I had previously done. Really this is where your product roadmap is in 2026. You are so lazy that the UX is still the same it’s been for years and a poor experience. Also the UI is bland and lame. Come on people.
