I had a promo code for a movie (Disney+ perks) and it applied just fine UNTIL I tried to use a gift card to pay the extra 18 cents - doing that REMOVED the promo code discount! AND I tried to use a Fandango gift card first - YOU WOULD NOT TAKE IT at all! So I ended up putting 18 cents on my credit card! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Easy to buy tickets from local or far theaters so yeah it good, haven’t had a bad experience with it yet so I’ll keep it five stars for now :3
Horrible customer service
Customer service is terrible. You have deal with AI chat for entirely too long before they'll transfer to a real person. Then once you are supposed to be connected to a real person it can take 10+ minutes for them to join the chat. Then you'll lose money because their customer service person took too long to log on.

No Help
Account was hacked and they wouldn’t cancel the tickets even though I told them it wasn’t me. They said I would be contacted in 5-7 business days and never received anything. I had to call to repeatedly to get anywhere.
I never had any issues until I signed up for the FanClub, which required my Credit Card to be saved.

This whole this is the new scam. The scam is the theaters getting full because most went out of business. So here’s fandango to save the day. Make sure the seats get reserved. For the privilege of buying a 20 dollar seat you also get to pay a 3 dollar convenience fee. 15 percent. Don’t worry just pay a 10 dollar per month membership fee to skip that. Forget than a 10am matinee costs 20-22 dollars what used to be 10. We have these parasites taking a 15 percent tip to book it. And if you don’t and just walk up you may not get a seat. Please let streaming release these ahead like during covid. The theaters are just scamming us all.
