System going super slow
I’ve tried everything for days now and Submitting entries, looking up players everything takes FOREVER!! Ugh so irritating, i’ve tried uninstalling, updating my phone, all the things it’s had to be on the Fanduel server side and it’s really brought the quality of play down.

So this app will give free promos but occasionally can’t play. But you can make sports bets and use every other fantasy offering free promotion in fact last week I did free entry to fantasy contest so golf mlb ok not nba
Flip and flop
The one thing I hate about this site is how they flip-flop their rules like with baseball one day I could change my lineup on a postponed game and on another day you can’t even though there’s still games to make changes with they have a postponed game as a final it’s not a final it’s a postponed game as long as there’s other games available you should be able to change your lineup

App crashing
Going on 4 days now where the app immediately crashes when clicking the rewards tab. All of my software is up to date. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled as well as signed out and back in to no avail

Keep up the good work..getting better and better !!!! But now I’ve been been having a issue with it kicking me out when I go to rewards it will boot me fix soon please and yes I already removed the app and loaded it back on my phone didn’t work just a head’s up thanks !!!!!!!!

Update is bad
The latest update added a “Rewards” button on the bottom right, but removed your account balance. Now you have to go to your account page to see you balance instead of on the front page.

Fantasy Sports Issues
I enjoy the Fantasy Sports App except when the session expires then you make it very difficult for me to log back in and one time all my future entries were deleted and I was never reimbursed for my loss ,, so please stop making me login and make it difficult for me to access my account ok. Every time I reach out to the support team they don’t reply back because I am in Alberta Canada and they don’t have my location as an option,, so just make it easier to get results

Too many login issues
I enjoy using the FanDuel apps when I can actually sign in to them. Over the last three years they constantly have login issues and it happens for friends of mine with different device manufacturers.
It’s gotten to the point I have to turn off my phone wifi to login and do anything then turn my wifi back on.
It’s really quite frustrating and customer support is horribad.
I really wish they would improve the login and customer support experience
