Had FanDuel sports book For a few years. I would put a bed in once in a while; here and there. I visited a friend in the next state over and placed a bet. It changed the website to that state when I returned home a few weeks later I tried to place another bet, but it was stuck on the other state so when I tried to put my state in and sign in it locked me out I tried to sign in multiple times locked me for two hours. I’ve reset my password 182 times. Talked to five agents through chat, because that’s all they do, three hours later still unresolved. Meanwhile, I can’t manage any of my bets, and there were payouts that I may have taken. But because I couldn’t get into my account to manage it, I lost out on potential cash outs. Agents tried but because it’s through chat, context and explanation is lost. I will be taking my money out and deleting the app. Fanduel support needs to do better.

Easy to navigate and build parlays. Only complaint is the odds are stacked against you. Underdog will be +100 with projected winner being a -270. It should be +200 for under, and -270 for projected winner like it used to be until they started juicing the lines.. 5 stars for ease of use, 3 stars for lines.
