I can’t even open the app without out saying it failed to verify my identity. I tried talking to a representative and the bot sent me a code for verification, I sent the code and it automatically told me it was unable to verify my identity and it shut the conversation down. I couldn’t even get ahold of a real person. I don’t have this problem with any other app.

Terrible app interface, app constantly slow, customer service useless.
App constantly freezing and can only force restart. Can’t apply profit boost tokens to wagers. Used to be a good app but now it’s terrible. Customer service agents absolutely 0 help.. could only tell me to close app and log back in..??? Wow.. such insight. No worries there are plenty of other sports books out there!

Won’t give me access to my account
A few years back they let me open a new account after previously having an account. Now can’t access either. Have a balance and can’t get my money back. Why did they let me open a new account if that is not allowed. Nice little scam they are running
