App not allowing scroll to select a different option
You have this requirement to get Tickpicks option & option to continue to Fanimal is not allowing me to scroll up to select “continue to Fanimal” - please advise!

Forced to install
It’s a slimy marketing technique to be forced to download an app to view the tickets I just bought on a website. Most apps will allow you to receive the tickets to your email and the app is optional. Users need to stand up to aggressive apps like this and let them know we won’t deal with their marketing tactics that are not in the best interest of the user. I shared a ticket I bought for my girlfriend, assuming she’d be able to view it in her email. Nope, we got to the venue, she opened the shared ticket email and had to install the app right there in line. Poor internet connection because we’re at a huge event so it took 20 minutes to install. A ticketing app should be a painless tool that helps us enjoy the thing we’re actually here to pay for—the concert. You’ve made the app a central part of our evening and the reason for our frustration. I’m telling everyone I know that this app is poison.

Made me download this crappy app just to get my ticket on Apple wallet. Ridiculous when they could easily include access in an email.

I have provided my friend my code and they took my credit because they thought my friends email was was fake they have bad customer service and I highly recommend no using their app
Great App
Easy to use and understand interface! Simple and intuitive. I like that when it’s the day of the event it has the tickets right there on the homepage, instead of having to look around for them in the app (I have anxiety and don’t want to hold a line up lol). 10/10 do recommend!

Do NOT use this app. You’ll buy tickets and never receive them, go with a more trusted established company. Thank me later.

I used Fanimal for the first time last week for some football tickets. I was a little skeptical at first, but it was extremely easy to use and I received my tickets in less than 24 hours! I liked that there were no “hidden fees” and the price you see is the price you pay!
Just a heads up, I bought the tickets 3-4 days in advance of the game and I noticed 1 day before & the day of the event, tickets 20 rows higher up than where I was sitting went up $40 per ticket.

Absolute worst, customer service is unresponsive and different reps gave conflicting info. You are forced to download their app to access tickets for events
Forced downloads ruin the fun
I like to keep my phone as free of unnecessary apps as possible. This is the first time I’ve bought tickets on my laptop and been given no option to just view my QR code as an image or PDF. Please just let those of us who want to keep things centrlaized have our peace. I don’t need an app for this

There’s no reason they can’t just email you the qr ticket, cumbersome to have to download the app.

I love buying tickets off fanimal. No extra fees what you see is what you pay! It is very reliable and a great marketplace for events!
The best and cheapest place for events
Fanimal has really outdone themselves over the past year or so. Not only do I find the best rate and no fees for all my concerts here but they also host sports and have an amazing loyalty program for creating groups via the app and having your friends sign up! Five stars and more :)
Only place I buy tickets
Having 0 fees is such a life saver and fanimal makes it so easy to buy tickets. This is always the first place I look for my concerts because they simply have the best prices
