App doesn’t work
I’ve tried following the directions and cannot get the app to connect to the fan. Can anyone confirm if this app still works?
It works but it is complicated
So I spent maybe 5 minuets trying to pair it but here is what I did to make it work. 1: I did it in the “bedroom” tab but that didn’t work so I put it in study. Idk why that worked? 2: you need to turn off the light switch and immediately HOLD DOWN the parring button!! 3: you may need to do this over and over?? I recommend trying different things if it didn’t work. Like changing the room or the name maybe. I am very glad that this works though. :3

I can’t get it to work it does flash for a few seconds then it just doesn’t work

Just paired with 3 fans from 2 different manufacturers. Everything works flawless.
Note: Setup and name the room you are working with first. Switch the fan off and then on, and tap the link button on the app. Super easy!

App horrrrrible fan is great otherwise lol
I can not get it to sink with my bluetooth no matter how much I try.. but the remote that came with it works and the fan feeeels amazing.
Just read the instructions. It works
When you turn on the device in the top 4 seconds turning on the device press the app bluetooth button to connect to the device. You may hear a noise or see a flash it is very quick but it is connected. Do not mind the power button if it is a fan. Play with the other buttons to see if it functions properly

It works 😊. The person in this review who advised just press the Bluetooth button once in the App when switching on power to the fan, and both fans I’ve installed in this manner worked great.

Like it but you need to turn on and off the breaker to connect and I wish there was a mute button and the colors actually worked.remote did not work. Nice fan tho

If it wasn’t for the July 5 reviewer…
Instructions on paper and in app about how to connect the fan to your app were so confusing that I was about to give up. Luckily, the July 5 reviewer gave better instructions and I was able to finally connect after several attempts.
Runs well for me
Idk why there a lot people complaining about the app, I’ve been using it for like a year already there hasn’t even a day it disconnected from my fan… also very quick the lamp toggles.
