To pair shut your power switch off, wait 60 sec, turn you switch back on and press the pair button once. Simple as that.

has so much potential
i got this fan because my old one wasn’t working properly and wanted to renovate the remote works fine until you get to the app the app doesn’t work what so ever it won’t connect to bluetooth on android or iphone and is a total bust i hate having the remotes around because it’s inconvenient and i lose them constantly please make adjustments to this app for now i will struggle

I did everything the instructions said and yet it’s not working at all.
App for New Fan
New fan, app was in manual to synch to phone. Does not work. Tried multiple times. Very disappointing.
Will not connect to WiFi
It’s not even possible to start any instruction due to it not showing up on my Wi-Fi!
Here are corrected instructions
1. Disconnect the fan from its power source. This can be you unplugging the device, or turning off the fan at the light switch. Once the power source has been disconnected I waited 60 seconds. During the wait, make sure you’re ready in the app to press the blue tooth button to pair when ready.
2. Replug in or turn the switch back on after waiting from step one. Immediately, the fan or light will turn on. It is at this time you have less than 5 seconds to press the pairing button in the app. Just hit the button once.
3 the light will blink, and this indicates that you have a successful pairing.

Boom. Done. Otherwise, the instructions are correct however they do not mention that you need to disconnect the device from power before the pairing process. I was keeping the switch on and turning the lights off and on from the remote… and it did not work. Hope this helps!!!
