App Works
App works every time. The key to connecting to the app is either turning the power or switch off to the fan and then when you turn the switch or power on press the Bluetooth connect button on the app within five seconds. The fan will beep and you’re connected.

This thing wanted me to allow it to find all the Bluetooth devices nearby and my case and found 50… Not sure where but I couldn’t understand why it wouldn’t just let me pair with my iPhone Without doing that. Whoever wrote this code is brain dead.

Physical remote works great. This won’t even try to connect it says it’s connected and going but it’s obviously not. Do not recommend.

This is a beautiful fan. I ever way. Except there is one major design flaw. The ONLY way to operate it is with the remote. If you lose the remote., which I promise you will, you can’t operate the fan.
This happened to me when the fan was set to 6 and the light was at its brightest. When I went to turn everything off, going to bed, I could not find the remote to save my life. I had to sleep in sunglasses with a pillow over my head. There honest are no other remotes that work with this fan. I bought a few. I did find my remote FINALLY and was able to calm down.
As I said, it’s a really nice fan. Works great, quiet and light is dimmable all the bells and whistles except for one. Just 1 “special“ remote that you really better not lose because the fan will be stuck wherever you had it. As I said, a major design flaw.

The app is working with my iPhone as advertised. I too had trouble getting my phone to pair with the fan. I did everything just like the video and nothing. So what I did was unplug my extension cord, I plugged it back in and hit the pair button on my iPhone and it’s working great.
It works! The directions are wrong!
The paper directions to pair the app are wrong. Turn the fan off and then on at the wall switch. Then, within 5 seconds of turning the fan on at the wall switch, PRESS the pair button in the app once. DO NOT HOLD for 5 seconds. Just tap the pair button once. I was able to connect the app to two phones using this method.

Another 1-star review. After this, I’m deleting the app.
I’m not going to waste another minute trying to figure out how to connect it via Bluetooth. The app is frustrating, and the instructions in the product manual—even for the initial installation—are some of the worst I’ve ever seen.
The manufacturer clearly put very little care into the user experience. Fortunately, I can still control the fan with the remote, but the app is essentially useless.

Doesn’t pair at all
I’ve tried every combination, this app just doesn’t work
I actually connected the fans!
Just to provide some hope - I thought the app didn’t work at all based on my inability to connect and reading others reviews - I found that when I stopped “holding” the pairing button like it is mentioned in some instructions I found and just briefly tapped it, that it then successfully connected the fans - won while it was a pain to figure out, there is some proof it can work/happen!
