Really useful tool to help you to create emails from the bits of text you use all the time.
Handy for customer support, where you often get the same questions, but I'm sure it could be used in lots of other ways.

Saves hours and hours
For anyone is a sales / support role where many of the day to day emails are very similar this is a killer app!
