Not happy that codes can only be used on app not in store. Very discouraging to use this close location.

I ordered a bacon turkey melt combo, but my sandwich didn’t have the bacon in it. Very disappointed.

This is my first time at this brand new location and everything has been great! The service has been excellent. The food looks fresh and I know I will enjoy it.
Exhaust not working
Ate at the Farmers Boys on W 5th St, Highland, CA today. All the doors were open due to the fact the kitchen exhaust wasn’t working, I also noticed a small child, alone, in a corner booth the entire time I was there. As I was leaving, I asked about the child, being concerned about the child’s welfare. I was told the parent had to bring the child to work with them and that employees were keeping an eye on the child as they worked.

Terrible user experience
The entire process from start to finish is horrendous in the coupons offered, applying coupons, filling out your banking information and then getting error messages along the way.
The proper way to submit promo codes is via the “Menu” button because it doesn’t register your codes at checkout
The app REQUIRES you to resubmit your card information with EVERY PURCHASE
The server can’t properly communicate with the app if you attempt to use a paper coupon code
Then you may just randomly be logged out and not get sent any password reset emails.
Terrible user experience and terrible coupon offers too.

App keeps logging out
App has you log in, then immediately logs you out. App is completely unusable.
Won’t let me login
States too many devices used this login. I have only used it on one phone. After a while it logged me out and not I can’t get back in. All my points gone. Terrible experience.
Very inconvenient payment process
It’s really frustrating that I have to manually enter my credit card information every single time I check out. There’s also no Apple Pay option. The whole payment process is way more complicated than it needs to be and honestly makes me not want to order again.
