Too Expensive!
This corporation is ridiculous stiffing people with their higher prices. No different than uBER Eats and the other scammer Door Dash, you pay $10-15 for food deliveries than sometimes it is more expensive than the actual food cost. STAY AWAY from Farmer’s Fridge food. Their food is old and expensive for 2-3 Oz portions. You can make a very healthy meal at home for cheaper and without additives that is toxic to humans. The same reason I wouldn’t buy a Testa from Elon Musk, these corporations are the problem of our society as the Billionaires are: Amazon’s of Jeff Bezos, Tesla, Apple of Tim Cook. We must stop AI too who they all together poses a public safety danger to our society. BOYCOTT them all.

Disappointed
3 times I have downloaded the app. Every time I try to create an account, I’m hit with the same error code. And am not able to create one. So disappointing!!!

The app says continue order but I could add to cart. Was right in front of the machine. Useless app
The app needs to be deleted and downloaded every time you want to order food
The app always have problems, you order the food today and tomorrow it won’t be working, it tries to load the refrigerator and it doesn’t, then it freezes. So you have to delete the app and download it again in order to get it working again. Very frustrating.
Quadruple the price of what it’s worth, always unstocked.
Bacon always raw, cheese slices are microscopic, meat often has strange marks on it, lettuce always wilted and spoiling without fail, and machines are never stocked. This company is greedy and lazy, a terrible combination.
Good delicious, gave me wrong item
The fridge at my place of work must have been loaded incorrectly, because it gave me the wrong item. I asked for a pesto pasta bowl (delicious), and it gave me a snack box instead. This was whatever, I could save the snack box for later, but I did want the bowl for lunch, which was in the fridge behind the snack box. However, because it had registered that the bowl was purchased, it wouldn’t let me order the correct item because it said it was all out. Frustrating, as the snack box wasn’t really enough for lunch. Please remind whoever is loading up the fridge to put items in the correct place - that bowl is just going to sit there going bad because the machine doesn’t think there’s any left.

Fantastic and Fresh, just what the doctor ordered!
Dealing with medical procedures at Henry Ford Hospital. Image our delight when we saw the Farmers Fridge as we were walking out. Got home and both dug in. My favorite is Green Goddess, my

They will not give you the food

The app is the problem, the food is great.
I rely on these refrigerators to get my food for work as airline crew. On numerous occasions, I have had problems with the app one of the biggest problems I’ve had is continuously not being shown all of the refrigerators available in the terminal of the airport that I often have to get food from multiple fridges in. I know this wasn’t a restocking issue because my partner has the same app and was able to see an order from all of those refrigerators. I on the other hand was only seeing one of those refrigerators. I ordered what I could from one refrigerator and then tried to delete and reinstall the app to fix this glitch. When I did that, I was unable to reinstall the app as it kept saying, “Well, this is embarrassing.” Now I am unable to even access the food that I have paid for from the one refrigerator that had been showing up previously. There’s other glitches such as when ordering food from multiple fridges through the app. It doesn’t show you the specific items that are coming out of that machine at the end of the order. This means that it is highly likely you might walk away from the machine before everything you ordered from that machine comes out, just thinking that it was at another machine you ordered that item.

What Does it Do?
The app doesn’t seem to do anything except show me what’s in a particular machine. I’m not able to order and pay with it, so I have to wonder what’s the point.

Spoiled Food
I ordered a chia pudding item from this company that was past its due date and spoiled, and emailed for a refund that I NEVER received. Why do I have to email for a refund in the first place? A refund option should be available WITHIN the app.
Never received my $10 off coupon
Pretty much the title says it all. I downloaded the app for the first and never received my $10 off coupon is it says it would give once you download the app. I wrote Farmers Fridge a message and haven’t got a response. I guess I’ll be deleting
Problems with app
Downloaded the app a while ago, it worked once and won’t let me log back in, only option is to create a new account and I can’t because I already have one. Super irritating.
Great salad
Enjoyed the fresh apple pecan salad. Convenient healthy real food.
Can’t log in
Was working fine a couple weeks ago. Now, when I try to sign in it keeps saying something is wrong on the company’s end. This is ridiculous. I like to reserve my stuff and can’t do that because I cannot even sign in.

Stop changing the app
Stop changing/updating the app. With each update it gets worse and worse. As someone who works at the airport this is the only airport food that is somewhat good for you and pretty reasonably priced. Don’t change that.
