I was unable to claim my fuel rewards
When I went to redeem two dollars off a gallon of gas the register failed to recognize my membership ID.
This is very disheartening because some of my discounts expire today.
However, I can still get discounts by using the app

Disappearing points
Points keep disappearing without redeeming them. Waste of time and money. No way to get discounts they claim. Scam.

This app DOES NOT work. Buy what it says to get a fuel discount and then try and guess what, no discount. Not 1 time have I EVER been able to use it. Doesn’t even display the correct points. Last receipt says 490, app says 30. Trash Trash Trash
All my rewards gone
When I updated the app, all of my rewards were gone. I had been saving my rewards for a while. I’ve tried to contact customer service and no one will respond to me.
App sucks. Developers won’t fix
The app needs deleted. Junk don’t work. You can’t link a card to it. When you try to login and enable Face ID it kicks back to login screen, signs you in, kicks back to login screen till it says too many attempts. Have contacted customer service over the issue MULTIPLE times, with recordings of it acting stupid and nothing. I’ve got enough points on 2 cards to have free gas for next 6 months and can’t use it. The whole thing is useless card app and all. Needs deleted and someone that knows what they are doing to design the app and cards.
