I was unable to claim my fuel rewards
When I went to redeem two dollars off a gallon of gas the register failed to recognize my membership ID.
This is very disheartening because some of my discounts expire today.

Disappearing points
Points keep disappearing without redeeming them. Waste of time and money. No way to get discounts they claim. Scam.

This app DOES NOT work. Buy what it says to get a fuel discount and then try and guess what, no discount. Not 1 time have I EVER been able to use it. Doesn’t even display the correct points. Last receipt says 490, app says 30. Trash Trash Trash
All my rewards gone
When I updated the app, all of my rewards were gone. I had been saving my rewards for a while. I’ve tried to contact customer service and no one will respond to me.
App sucks. Developers won’t fix
The app needs deleted. Junk don’t work. You can’t link a card to it. When you try to login and enable Face ID it kicks back to login screen, signs you in, kicks back to login screen till it says too many attempts. Have contacted customer service over the issue MULTIPLE times, with recordings of it acting stupid and nothing. I’ve got enough points on 2 cards to have free gas for next 6 months and can’t use it. The whole thing is useless card app and all. Needs deleted and someone that knows what they are doing to design the app and cards.

Not letting me sign in
I have tried weeks to sign in and haven’t received an email or anything. Please fix. I used my Apple ID for my login and it doesn’t give me that option
App doesn’t work anymore
The latest update to the app is awful. I never see any earned rewards. It is now asking me for a PIN which I have never needed to use ever and the associates in the store have no idea how to offer customer support. I am completely unable to save 10 cents per gallon.
Can’t sign in. App literally won’t let me sign in anymore.

Originally I loved the app, rewards really added up for savings. THEN they changed the setup and NOTHING, lost my Fas Cash and seems impossible to buildup cash savings now. Time to move on, I no longer will go out of my way to shop at these stores!

Had 90 cents off a gallon then they decided to upgrade app and it vanished head quarters won’t respond to messages as far as im concern I’ll buy gas elsewhere these pricks can go under !

App Does Not Recognize Card or Sign In
This app doesn’t recognized my log in info or card. It does not work.
Employees always push the app and then act surprised when I tell them it’s been broke for years.
Haven’t redeemed points since they switched to this awful app. Employes wont stop handing me these dumb cards. They always act surprised when I tell them it doesn’t even work. I try every 6 months but the cards don’t link and now it tells me my password needs reset but won’t ever send the email to reset. I’ve tried just making a new account with a different email but the link your phone number so it won’t let me create a new account unless I change phone numbers. But even if I do that, the card won’t link anyway.

App doesn’t ever work
I couldn’t add my card or create an account on the app. Signed up on their desktop website on my computer and still cannot login on the mobile app. Terrible app

At the store the card doesn't give advertised discounts. They say it's not registered. Get online and it is registered. Very frustrating

Says every time integration not authorized by merchant. I just moved here 6 months ago and trying to get rewards because I like this gas station and I can’t even get it to work!!

It wouldn’t allow me to log in. I’m deleted and downloaded this app, I don’t know how many times, and each time, it refuses to allow me to get into the app. I’ve tried so many times. It just keeps saying my process couldn’t go through, or error. I’m so over this app.
