The option for one day shipping was at the top of my screen but when I checked out, the option was not available. I do not like when websites are difficult to navigate when ordering. Also I ordered clothing and selected shipping, my clothes did not come in time and I was not refunded.

I’ve had 2 refunds that have come in the form of gift cards when I specifically requested for my funds to be refunded on my bank card. Also my order still has not arrived yet so I am using one of my gift cards to purchase the same order I purchased 2 weeks ago. I’m not very happy with this app and I used to love it here. Gonna be deleting after I use my gift cards

I love fashion nova but, I don’t love the app. The app starts from the beginning everytime I click on an item, please fix this.
The App is too small
The app is well-intentioned, but ill-conceived. It is too wonky and clumsy does not work as well as the website itself. In addition, the iPhone wish list/basket does not liaise with my laptop, even though they’re both Apple devices.

I make an order and realized that the size what wrong and it’s was less than 20 min since I make it, I asked to cancel just to make another order and they didn’t want to. That’s not fair. Because by they date the order will arrive, I will not be able to return it and get another before the date I wanted to use it. So it’s not fair and I will never buy on this website again
