I ordered a cart for my birthday that came so late it was ridiculous and the only thing this million dollar company that i always patronize had to offer was $6.99 shipping fee refunded. Theres no one to ask for help but theres plenty ways for yall to get the money. Don’t add a date to my order if you cant live up to it

Shipping lost
They are really bad at communication with customers. They charge me items and never got them and they kept telling me it was in transit when there was no update and the carrier was saying they never received anything. I kept telling the to reimburse me my money if they were not going to do anything if they lost my order or they ran out of the clothing . Fashion nova can’t admit they mess up but makes the customer do all this work following up . Last time I buy fashion nova . I been purchasing fashion nova for years 15+ but I’m done with them after this situation.
