I just paid for a return label and the print screen just disappeared and I CAN NOT FIND IT ANYMORE!!! What happened? Please!

This app is genuinely the worst when it comes to customer service and policy EVEN SHIEN is better!!! Nothing is ever on time with this app they’re always “trying their best”. Order you things 3 months in advance because that’s how long shipping usually takes! Then they sell you poor quality things for hundred Complete B.S!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

Most everything I have purchased is too long. I’m 5’3” and petite is not always an option. Then I returned the last two items only to get store credit.. but now I can’t find the gift card that I’m supposed to have received. Ugh!!! So frustrating.
Changed login
Cannot access acct due to new update. You can only login with a verification code but if you dnt have access to that email you’re out of luck and have to make a new acct. you can’t even just put your password in for easy login which sucks. Don’t recommend downloading!

Clothes have gone downhill
I used to love this app/brand when they first became popular. I remember shopping when they hit 1M. Their clothes used to be of nice quality for the price. Now everything is crazy thin material wise and see through. I can find better quality clothes that are on sale anywhere else. The worst part is they don’t give you an actual refund but store credit. Why are we paying $30 for a dress that is marked half off but when I get it, it feels like a paper bag and it’s completely see through?? Where are we going in these clothes?? I’m sorry but I’m looking at the dress on the models, it doesn’t look see through on them, I’m getting this for an event and now I have to return it for store credit and I have to now go find something else somewhere else because I’m probably out of time so I have to spend extra money. It’s extremely irritating and it’s happened numerous times now that I’m over this entire app/store. Can we please get the old quality back? Not all of us want our entire family/friends to see us basically naked when we are wearing regular looking clothes. Also in this economy? No one wants store credit.

It should be so hard to modify within the first 30 mins of ordering.
The add to cart feature post check out is very clever however I accidentally hit the button to add the same shirt twice. Easy fix I thought nope. I can’t edit the order even though I found a button that says edit order. We can do better with this
Great but has issues
fashion nova is great and all with having good deals and being affordable for its fabric but the shipping is always late for me even if I ship fast and I will not be ordering anymore.

I order some pants but then after a couple of minutes I went to go check it said I didn’t order nothing so I thought it was a glitch so I went to go check my transaction history and it said I bought it. So I went to go check again and it still said the same thing(I NEED MY MONEY BACK)
