I’ve tried them all!
I’ve tried every fasting app and always come back to this one. My favorite feature is the timer that also educational. It helps awareness of your internal process like when you are lowering your blood sugar, in the fat burning zone, the ketosis zone. It is extremely motivational! Another feature that is extremely beneficial is it reminds you to drink and log your water! I often get my hunger and thirst cues intertwined so it’s really trained me to hydrate when I used to binge. I also can’t live without the notification that helps you remember to start your fast! It has cut out my late night munchies and blood sugar roller coaster!

I got this to share with my friends my fasting journey. It never worked. All my trophies for meeting goals never saved. So many features never worked
and I tried to reach out for customer support as well. I will be vsnkng my membership right before the 1 month mark. I feel robbed.

I like the reminders that this app gives me. I am still having a hard time connecting with friends on this app but I like the data and analytics portion that is keeping me motivated to stick with it and keep going. I only started using the app for a week, but I have already lost about 4 pounds. I think this app really helps me stay motivated and I’m looking forward to trying the pro version.

Unable to add friend
Got the pro because i wanted to use the add friend feature but it keeps showing me to check my internet connection even though my internet connection is fine. I also can’t copy link and when my friend sent her link i got an error message. Please fix this

This app is so colorful. Although it doesn’t allow me fast track my fast but it’s great. I think that’s a feature that should be worked on. Say I started my fast 17:30 and the time I ended the last fast was 17:10, I should be able to take my fast to 17:30. More accuracy.

Best fasting app
This app has been the most useful tool in my journey to better health. The app is easy to use and allows me to simply track the progress of my daily fasts. I tried fasting without it and found myself unable to keep track. I highly recommend this app if you are just starting out or even an expert at fasting. It keeps me on track each and every day. I wouldn’t have been as successful in my health journey without it.

Logging weight
Please correct logging weight feature. Doesn’t record weight selection correctly within the 150 to 160 range. Example: if 155 selected, it records 154, if 153 selected, it records 154, if 152 selected, it records 151. Thanks

U can just use stop watch on ur phone
I paid I think 28.99 for 3 months something like that. I wish I hadn't this is not much more than a stop watch with notification if you hit your stopwatch on your phone & leave it going while you are fasting at least 12 or 15 hours a day to start. I can't see anyway to track my weight I did link my Apple Watch to it just today I'll see if that even shows up ANYWHERE on this. I had a fasting app last year & I thought maybe this was it but the other app had recipes for very healthy & had light exercises to do while fasting long fasts it had very easy exercises. Just enough & all with videos & recipes had color pictures this is so basic at least in May of 2025 it is if it's a long time in maybe the app will change I hope & offer more for the money bcz right now you could track your weight & even your fasts for free in notes on ur phone & time them on your stopwatch. The few articles it gives you about fasting times are free on google just look it up & save yourself 30 dollars!! I really wish I could give a better review 2 stars is generous with this 5/2025 app version. I'd skip this one
