Facial recognition not working
After several attempts to rectify this problem, delete the app reinstall it, I have to keep typing in the password, the iphone 17 won’t recognize the password or save it also it won’t let facial recognition work correctly , never had this issue on my iPhone 12

I have to use this app because of my job. The problem is if I’m taking pictures during an entry and receive a call that I have to take the app will shut down and I lose all pictures.

I use this for roof reports and it’s really good. 9/10, could use a few tweaks in the ‘tools’ eg crop, and it would be GREAT!!

FastField needs upgrades it times out way to fast and it makes it tough to do multiple tasks at once . What used to take 30 seconds now takes 2-3 minutes they need to make this fix because it’s impossible to use this app without getting frustrated

Doesn’t like certain special characters or spaces. Especially if you copy and paste from another source.

The update constantly crashes. Won’t load, reinstall of app doesn’t work!
Saving is bad
It’s so hard to try and save a form as you’re going along, and if I get knocked off the Internet, the form disappears. You need a better job of auto saving on this thing.

Im a long time user and this app has always had some issues, but in the past few months issues with downloading finished reports has become inconsistent and SLOW. On the same issue, technical support is total BS, odd hours, slow response. If I could I would get my company to go elsewhere.

This program won't let you upload anything so now I'm stuck in a shift. I can't move forward to my next shift and I can't even figure out why because there's no explanation as to why it won't submit. After two days, this is ridiculous.
