Keeps you on tenterhooks waiting for job confirmation
Don’t bother looking for jobs here. There’s no time limit for employers to review your shift booking submissions. You are kept waiting to see if the job is confirmed till the start of shift and at the end of the booked shift, the status will be changed to rejected. And you will lose your rating stars if jobs you applied for rejected you or you cancel the booking ( coz you waited too long for the nonexistent confirmation)

Waste of time
Honestly don’t waste your time. Go other apps like JOD , so much faster. This app takes donkey ages to reply. When the job start , the job still in review. Also no point being the first in the queue to apply , end up still can be rejected. I also question why companies advertise their job as urgently hiring but still can get rejected🤣. Tells me a lot that these companies are not serious in hiring people. Save your time , run far away and go elsewhere

Can’t get a job if you’re new
I tried booking for 2 weeks (I booked 12-15 jobs), and I didn’t get ANY job!!! 90% of them don’t even approve it, it’s always ‘in review’, another 10% will accept BUT they reject me after a few minutes! If you really want to earn some fast cash, don’t try this app!

i rly don’t get the hype wif this app. applied a gig 5 days ago but then it was still ‘in-review’ 3 days later? what a waste of time lol. and there was once where i couldn’t show up to my gig cuz i sprained my ankle. i couldn’t give an MC cuz i mean why waste money when i can do remedy at home right? end up my account kena ban 😂😂😂 what a joke. can’t even give one chance? i’d rather be off working part time jobs from real platforms where the employers actually take time to review ur profile and reply within 2 days, instead of me waiting for a reply for a week or more.

Fake job listings/ Rating
Some of the listings are not serious. After posting, the employers just abandoned the app. Also, I haven’t even started yet, yet I received a low rating just cause I changed the shift a few mins after applying. Seriously?

Fast Response for Job Applications
Been applying jobs via FastGig App for nearly a year. Up to date, had worked at different companies which had broaden one’s work experience. Personally find it hassle free and the salary was transferred directly to bank account as per scheduled. The FastGig staff are very helpful and fast response to messages via WhatsApp. Greatly appreciated their support and good service. Would recommend this app to anyone who’s looking to earn some extra bucks during free time without being tied down to a contract/bond.

Nonsense App, No Response From Employers
The process to upload your documents and create your profile is easy. But once you browse for gig jobs, see available shifts to book. Once booked, your profile submission changed to “In Review”. It still displayed the same status until the day the job commencement date. It means you are not selected for the job. You are wasting your time on this app. Even the employers hardly response on this app. So, try not to put high hope on any jobs here.

Apply job 20july for 28/29/30/31july shift but status still in review . Customer service not helping at all . Asking for update but no one reply me on whatsApp (personnel / group) . This apps not deserve any star at all

F-up app
No one in the app is truly hiring. They are only using people in the app as a last resort standby even if you signed up for the gig. The team in this app needs to enable reporting and penalise companies that does this because it’s wasting the jobseeker’s time. We have other jobs to look for and not just wait for companies to come back to use when our signed up gigs are under “in review” phase like forever until the last day and we are informed it’s cancelled!
