i absolutely love the simplicity of the app. easy to use, visually pleasing, succinct. just what you need it to be!
i also love the section of the settings menu dedicated to research and sources!! i think that is SO important for an app like this because a lot of people are often misinformed about fasting.
lastly i wanna say i appreciate that no data is collected from users. in an age where it feels like privacy is nonexistent, i love that i don’t have to worry about my information being collected and sold.

Simple and Easy App
Would like to see the option to fix your mistake if accidentally hit the start or stop fast. Once you hit the button there is no going back and it does not help track in those cases and is easy to accidentally do. Otherwise live the simplicity of the app as it makes it easier to use. Some apps are going way over the top and just do not fit into real life for people that do not live on their phones.
