This app has helped me in my weight loss journey. It has many features such as a craving logs, public fasting, a point system, a fasting coach, and a welcoming community. This app helps me stay consistent without pressure and I enjoy it so much.

if you used the LIFE fasting app that got shut down a few years ago, you will LOVEEE this app! personally I think it’s even better than the LIFE app was because you have the social part and SO much more on here! the only things I would change/add is the ability to cancel/delete fasts and the ability to view your own profile with the themes since it can be kinda hard to make a prefect matching theme without being able to see it w/ your profile pic and everything! absolutely amazing app and I’ve been waiting for an app like this for a VERYY long time!

It’s really nice having a fasting app with community features in it, and I’m excited to see what future updates may bring. I love getting to gain points that help me unlock new thinks makes it all the more engaging.
If I had to suggest something it would be the ability to reply to specific messages in DMs and fasting chats. It would make it a lot easier to communicate, especially when chatting with multiple people. Lastly, the few bugs I've encountered are being unable to delete posts, and games not properly functioning.
All in all, 10/10 app!!! Much thanks to the makers.

Thank you for your kind words. I will take into consideration your suggestions and put them on the list. I can see if there are 20+ people in a fast how that would help. I'm thinking maybe you can long press the username and have a reply button that will then put a @username in your input box so the person knows you are addressing them. Since you made this review, I have improved the functionality of the games and the app in general. Appreciate you using Fasting Pals :)

easy to use, tracks everything perfectly and it automatically ends your fast when u don’t have time to manually do it urself. just wish there was an easier way to add friends from other apps besides from fasting codes / community posts
