Unable to log into the app
I am unable to log into the app as no otp is being sent to my phone even though i have full range.

This app is not helpful if the smart watch got hanged because there is no option to reset in app.

When I try to connect it’s saying phone s Bluetooth is disabled even though it is on

Not a Tata Product
This does not seem like a Tata product. Full of bugs. Never works. The hydration reminders stop randomly after few days. The app face changes randomly on its own. And the app does not connect. Does not initiate sms to log in. Strong DO not BUY.

They should add more countries.. They have US but not Canada.. I can’t login or activate the app.. really disappointed
Not worth
The watch is quite good however the time never stays in sync. Every few days you have to redo the whole procedure. Please try to do an update to fix this major issue.
Doesn’t support both of my phones, had to use my old phone to use this, such a disappointment

Poor application development
Unfortunately, most of the applications from this country are useless. They don’t even don’t know how to write codes properly! And I don’t know why Apple doesn’t ban them from their App stores!
OTP not working
I’ve changed my number and OTP verification completed successfully. After that when I was trying to login I’ve provided the OTP correctly but it’s showing “Incorrect verification Code!”
