The website password doesn’t work on the app. You have to update the password quarterly which is ridiculous, banking apps aren’t that frequent.

Trash company. They didn’t even send me a welcome letter to tell me they bought my mortgage, called and they admitted that. I was late, which hurt my credit. I’d rather deal with the IRS than this company.

Cannot copy-paste password
Using a password manager makes it easy to use long random strings as passwords. The app disallows pasting the password. Yuck.
Garbage by design
Fay servicing makes the app difficult to use and claims passwords are wrong consistently to deter timely payments. What’s the end result? If you don’t pay they will come after your home. No loss for them to have a terrible app and difficult customer service
Needs a better app
The app does not work properly when using on a phone. You cannot copy and paste temporary codes it’s super complicated.

This ap logs me out every month with needing a new password doesn’t recognize face just not user friendly

Very annoying security flaw
App works great except one very annoying security flaw - it won’t allow you to paste your password when logging in. Combined with the complex password requirements, this means you have no choice but to write down your password on a piece of paper (in my case I use a secure password manager app). If you enable FaceID, you’re good for a few months until you’re required to change your password. So the net result is every time you change your password you’re left with a slip of physical paper with your password written on it that you now have to safely destroy to keep your account secure. The app developer needs to look at this from the user perspective to help us maintain account security.

I struggle with the login on this app every single month. There’s really only one purpose to this product, it’s to let me login and pay my monthly payment. However, doing so as a Herculean task.
Appears to be an app issue
I just got transferred to fay servicing from cenlar. Their apps are 99% similar, but this app just be loading when I use faceid to sign in. It appears that it is trying to verify my phone or email every time but faceid tries to bypass it every time and is unsuccessful so it just is stuck there. Cenlar app doesnt do that. Check your app fay servicing.
