Too much slow

The app is extremely slow. It takes almost 2–3 minutes just to open, which is very frustrating. The performance needs significant improvement. Please optimize the app for faster loading and a smoother user experience.

Fire your developers

I see unlocked card when i try to lock it says error. If i try to unlock a lock card it says error. Fire your CTO or whoever is running development

Shocking, even for. Pak bank

This is a shockingly bad banking App. Slow, terrible layout . NO CONTACT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE DETAILS ! Their website is equally poor! Would have given zero stars. They must have employed absolute baboons to make this and their website, which going by other Pakistani website and apps are extremely poor, inefficient and just incredibly amateurish!

You haven’t been able to make this app bug free for the last four years. The biometric feature doesn’t work on iPhones. I had to call customer service to get it waived just to sign up. Every time I change my device, I have to go through this terrible process again.
