This is my second time shopping with Femmelaa, and I’m just as satisfied as the first. The product quality exceeded my expectations, the fit was accurate, and the packaging was neat. Amazing products love the sizing too

I am a tall big girl and it’s hard to find clothes my size that are stylish and fit me well.. Femmella has been my favourite for years esp for summer wear. Please continue bringing style in all sizes

Go to brand for classics

Bought some staple pieces & I have been a fan since. Absolutely love how the brand is so relatable & thoughtful about the Indian fits. Never saw an Indian brand being so consistent in making such fab everyday styles♥️

unnecessary logout of app

The app has unnecessarily logged out and now I have no option of return of the orders which I have received in the bigger sizes, earlier last time I found the gift card option with such a struggle... you really need to simplify the process of your application as well you need to make sure that the data of the customer from their phone number is saved in your application while we re-login

Worst refund policy

I have ordered 2 dresses , had to return on of it . The refund was given as gift card via mail which has expired. They have not mentioned about gift card expiry in mail . And when asked they shared there policy link .

Fraud / Customer Service is Horrible

The items marked as returnable on page but post delivery they block the return/exchange option. The customer service is cherry on top. They do-not understand the concern and will keep on engaging stating item will not be returned .

Lack of support and refund not taken care

Very poor customer support as I have to return one Oder they first of all don’t have refund policy to account atleast to store they should give but surprisingly it’s been I week of return and they updated about the return but I’m not getting support regarding refund
As it’s customer oriented buisness they should provide support for this
I have ordered few other dresses as well but for this I lost almost 4K

Sheer disappointment

The quality is pathetic. The size chart is not accurate and you will end up buying wrong size and when you try to exchange they charge extra amount for that. If you want to return they don’t give your money back to you instead of that they give you store credit. Which means you need to buy something else from them only. Please don’t waste your money and time.

Love at first touch!

I bought my first co-ord and I am now on my 10th item with them. Love the material and its fall. To look nice in casuals one has to wear expensive casuals. Femmella is just perfect for my life style! And love their customer service support!

Horrible brand

Do not waste your money ordering from them. Stuff is overpriced for the quality and then when you want to return, they make it so difficult. They only give store credits and that too of an amount much lesser than what you have spent. They take days to respond to any issues and you end up with your money being stuck with them without any reason or explanation. And they don’t accept their mistakes. It has been over a month now that I’ve been going back and forth with them for my money and it is yet not resolved.

Fraud website

Fits are very pathetic. Quality is worst. When we ask for a replacement of size they wont agree for that as fits and size are completely different shown in the chart. App isn’t functioning properly, its baseless

Pathetic customer service

One of the fraud websites to shop from.

1) no update on the order once confirmed. After repetitive follow ups, got to know that one product is not available and can’t be delivered. But this was done only after I followed up

2) for the second product which I didn’t like, no refund was issued instead gift coupon is issued. The problem is the attitude of customer care who doesn’t understand the concern of customer, forget resolving it

3) no way to talk to senior management which all other online platforms provide.

4) time to gear up and work on improving customer experience else you would finish before you start

Refund is a hassle

The app functions nicely but the collection has not much variety. The fits are not flattering for all (too poofy and most designs were too quirky for me) however found and ordered something as a gift but had to return it as the look was not as appealing as expected. No issues, we thought we will ask for refund, returned it the same day but the refund won’t come to your source ONLY STORE CREDIT. While I understand the company’s concern, I just hope anyone buying is aware of this.
