Amazing when working
Really good when working but aways drops out and won’t work for days
Can’t log in
I’ve had so much trouble with this app since first downloading it. Now I can’t even log in !!! I’ve emailed them twice with no response and when trying to call the number it’s says the phone number is disconnected.
App scheduling has no driving direction
All jobs scheduled using phone app iOS or android has no navigation tab to the job address. It has been like this for a few weeks and email sent has no response. Frustrating

Perfect for a Service Based Business
I have been using Fergus for 4.5 years to operate my trade business, and while the first few years were a little rough transitioning from their old app to Fergus Go, they are really hitting their strides now.
The past year they have been on fire with releasing great updates that have increased our team’s ability to provide five star, efficient service to all our clients. Each update hits the mark, and adds value to my business.
I have been in contact with support recently regarding feedback and suggestions, including more detailed release notes, and the most recent update proves that they are listening to their clients.
I highly recommend using Fergus to run your trade business.

Disappointingly removed features
I’ve been using Fergus as an employee and business owner since nearly the beginning around 2011 recently I changed my business entity and for simplicity tax wise I set up a new account. You can no longer get timesheet only users. It’s a great job management platform but most on the job staff don’t need much more than basic job details and time sheets. It’s absolutely not worth paying more than £30 each to do timekeeping. It was nice to have the functionality to allocate time to each job but now I’ve had to use another app for timesheets.

I won’t lie I seriously had my doubts about the new app originally after the last one was so clunky. The initial launch of Fergus go was disappointing and had very basic function. That said Fergus go is now coming onto its own and I’m now finding it an absolute pleasure to use in its functionality. Looking forward to being able to load favourites into a purchase order tho as sometime I need to sort gear for the guys on the fly.
All in all tho very positive looking at where it has come from in the days where all I wanted to do was change systems. Well done team Fergus keep on developing the system for seamless integration, functionality and positive end user application. We are now in our 9th year of usage

DC Plumbing and heating
Highly recommend this software. It’s made life a lot simpler and saved me hours of admin time. Perfect for keeping track of all the small jobs and also the hours staff have spent on bigger jobs. It also lets you upload all supplier documents and allocates them to each job automatically. 5* from me.

App keeps asking for background location data even though it’s not needed.

Freezes and goes to a black screen
When ever I’m posting photos for a checklist it freezes to black screen . This time it froze and now I can’t even access checklists
