Works great

Only issue is when clicking saved passenger information it does not let you add the nationality so you can’t actually use it on the app. You have to manually put it all in again for the nationality to me “unlocked”

Mostly easy to use

All in all very easy to compare and book Ferries. A bonus was that the App didn't time me out, as I kept leaving it to check traveller satisfaction reviews for the ferry companies, on the internet. The facility to book multiple journeys in one go, was really helpful. Although once you have entered how many journeys your require and started selecting ferries, you cannot add and extra journey without returning to the beginning. This was a little frustrating.

Terrible - No use at all

Claimed to issue e-tickets, but they actually can’t do it and just tell you to show up THREE hours before your ferry to get a paper ticket. Useless middleman with no value. Just buy direct or buy day of at the ticket counter. Why patronize this fools?

What a rollercoaster of a trip you're describing! We're sorry the paper ticket process wasn't the smooth experience you expected. Sometimes the ferry operator sets its own rules, and our job is to give you a heads up in advance so you're not left stranded at the dock. We follow the operators' rules closely, especially on routes that cross from one continent to another, and this happens to be one of the busiest routes in the world. Wonderful trip and service

We traveled from Athens to Sifnos and the journey was flawless. From the seats, comfort, booking access and communication, amenities and staff, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for making our Greece trip such a delight.
