It took three extra days for my package to be delivered and then we received the wrong item. They email us constantly to us to get their package back but have done nothing to get us our package and they couldn’t even handle picking up the wrongfully delivered package
Sellers refuse to work with freight forwarders
The app is fine. The issue is that if fetch misplaces your items at their warehouse, they refuse any liability. In these cases, they tell you to speak with the shipping company. Amazon and others have started to refuse any service related to freight forwarders. I’m out hundreds of dollars and multiple packages at this point. If your complex uses fetch, try to set up shipping to a local drop box with another company.

Lost package
They lost my package I keep message them to resolve it and no one do I also ask for a refund and no one gave me and there are no phone number to talk to the customer service I already spoke by text message with two employees and no one resolved my situation and my delivery keep saying not possible to deliver it so it keep rescheduling. Please do not use this service they are horrible

Do not delivering
I ordered goods for kids birthday and they missed my package. They pretty often delivering to the wrong apartments in different buildings! And you'll never get wrong delivered packages back, no any refund or compensation. The worst service ever
This is terrible
This is such an unnecessary service. My apartment complex decided to use this, and now I’m spending extra $20 a month for something that inconveniences me. Having to pick a 3 hours time slot to get your package is honestly terrible and they don’t give you a notification that they’re here, they tell you once they leave, so you’re going to have to hear them knocking on your door or whatever they do in that 3 hour interval. They also lied, they said they would come back after at least 10 minutes since they missed me and I stood by the door for 30 minutes just to check the app and it say that they already came and I wasn’t there again, when I was literally standing and waiting. If you don’t want to go back the second time, then don’t say that you will, just say that it will have to be rescheduled instead of lying.

awful, try your best to never use this
their package deliveries were almost ALWAYS late, and my boxes were often damaged. know that if you move, even if you change your address and a package somehow finds its way to your old fetch address, they will NOT help you. i moved a state away, changed my address on everything, and still somehow had a package end up there that they refused to forward to me. i never write reviews, but genuinely their customer service is awful and their platform really does suck. i unfortunately had to use them for 2 years because of my old apartment complex, i hope i never have to use them again. whatever you do, don’t willingly sign up for this.

No phone service all text/email
Terrible communication. I had a 250 lb 85" tv sit in their warehouse for 3 days and then without notice it's delivered at my doorstep when I am not there. So I am now expected to lug that tv up 25 stairs alone? I would've planned to be there during the delivery window. The box is damaged. Just terrible (expletive) service! 0 stars

Useless and a waste of money
This system seems to just be in place to fix a non-existent problem and charge residents more money. I’m not releasing due to this. You’re expected to wait within a 4 hour window or else your package is left and could be stolen (which they take no responsibility for) but don’t worry the pick up warehouse is 30 minutes away in the middle of nowhere with terrible service

Never arrives on time
Ordered an important package I needed for Monday. Fetch had the option to have my package delivered Sunday between 5 and 8pm. Had lots of running around to do that I didn’t because I needed to give a code to the delivery driver, within the 3 hour window they gave my package never arrived.
Useless
They don’t deliver the package when they have to. It is a waste of money and it seems that they don’t work during weekends because they always have a justification, either the driver had an inconvenience or they have a delay. I don’t recommend this company.
Terrible app
Just a waste of your time and unreliable makes your package take one to two days longer to arrive and they do a terrible job handling it. They are solving a problem that doesn’t exist and just making life harder
Apartment Living - Stress Free!
I live in an apartment and constantly worry my packages will get lost or stolen. Not anymore with fetch! Just turn on the verification required setting and they scan a QR on your phone for proof of delivery. It’s wonderful! Schedule for when I’m home on the weekends and everything always comes on time. Thank you!

Do not trust this company
I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for hours regarding expensive, time sensitive packages that were not delivered correctly. This company intentionally does not have a public customer service phone number. The only option to get in touch with customer service is through email. After receiving a message from the automated robot, I’ve been waiting for hours to hear from a real agent. Do not trust this company with your important packages!

This service should work in theory isn’t reality. When (not if) you have a package stolen, you’re out of luck. Fetch won’t reimburse you, and Amazon won’t, either, because you used a third-party service. How could it be stolen, you say, if it’s a secure service? Yeah, they’re closed some of the weekend. So when a package gets delivered Saturday evening, it’s just there for anyone to take, and I’m sure someone is keeping N eye on the facility to do just that. Great, right? You’re out hundreds, potentially, for their convenient service. Also, they only have a couple of late delivery windows a day. All in all, it sucks. (And I think they’re inflating reviews…what is happening here?)

Paying extra for delays and stolen packages
I have never heard of fetch before my new apartment and I wish I never have. I've only been here five days and it seems impossible to get my packages in a timely manner. I had two nights tables take two days to process and now it's been delayed at the fetch warehouse after previously stating it would be out for delivery and I'm assuming stolen by there personnel. It so ridiculous that we would have to pay an extra fee to deal with packages have at minimum a one day delay and then potentially being stolen by personnel on top of that you cannot speak to a live agent about anything.

Their customer support is useless
I had an issue with my package, and I submitted the form. All I could get was a same response of ‘we are working on it’. They are super slow, I don’t have a trust about this service anymore.
Nice concept, poor follow through
I love the concept and the app design- however, it’s not possible to use if you’re a working person. They only offer package drop off during a 3-hour evening window once a day (6-9pm). They come by at two time points, each 10 minutes apart. If you miss them, you have to reschedule for the next evening. This is very difficult if you have a job or obligations during this time frame. They do not give you a heads up as to when the courier will be at your door. There is no option for the courier to leave the package at your door. If you work until 6 the courier may come at 6:10 and 6:20. They will say they missed you and you have to wait until the next evening to schedule a delivery again during the same time period. You cannot communicate with the courier and say- hey I’ll be home at 7 if you can come by then! Or select a time preference within the 3 hour window. They say that you actually get your packages faster when you use Fetch, but this is not true. Also, some companies (Target) do not allow shipping to a Fetch address so can’t use it as default for all places.
