They messed up big time
We booked a 7 day tour of Iceland through Fever and Iceland Eclipse. Fever miscommunicated with Iceland Eclipse and the tour we paid for in full months ago was cancelled during our flight to Iceland leaving us stuck with no plans or accommodations for the entire week and less than 12 hours to make alternate plans. Iceland Eclipse arranged something else but it wasn’t what we paid for and we’re still owed over $3000.

Do not buy tickets for anything through this app! Absolute scammers! Spent £340 on tickets and then travelled to London and the event wasn’t even on! No communication and trying to get a response is a nightmare!
If event cancels, they wont notify you or refund you
Booked Titantic. The event closed. They didnt notify us. We were turned away at door. Then they refused to refund us. And they fought creditcard company of all the people on reddit that pointed it out.

Perdí 87 dólares en esta aplicación la verdad es horrible de que no puedas usar tu boleto y que no te puedan devolver tu dinero,la unica forma es con un voucher, pero si lo que compras es menos de los tienes ellos se quedan con tu dinero . Denied refund after duplicate payment due to no confirmation of the first transaction.
We booked 4 tickets to see Aura show via fever app,1st time when we tried booking the tickets we didn’t get any confirmation email from fever and that time there was no deduction from my bank account as well, so we booked the tickets 2nd time after few mins thinking there might be a system error and when I checked the account the amount was deducted twice. So we emailed fever app asking for the refund for the duplicate payment but instead of refunding and accepting their system fault. they gave us the points/voucher which we don’t want neither require.
Very very disappointed with the app as well the policy.
Wouldn’t book anything ever again from this morally corrupt app. And FYI we still didn’t get any confirmation for the 1st tickets. That proves system fault.
