Every event that I’ve used this app for has been smooth sailing and FEVO continues to release to features within the app to enhance my event operations. I highly recommend!
What is going on
I would really like to know why I have no events listed on my fevo account. I emailed them and I just got a message saying tickets will ship eventually . I paid over 1k for these tickets I better get them .

SCAM
I purchased tickets on this site and have yet to receive them. The game I want to attend is tomorrow and no word about my tickets.
No refund
My tickets never showed up on FEVO. Customer service was no help as if they don’t have access to my tickets but rather a messenger to tell the venue that I bought my tickets. Lost hundreds of dollars. App was worthless and website looks like a scam since they make it very difficult to login and do anything on it.

Do Not Get This App
I just purchased tix to a basketball game and they aren’t in this app or Ticketmaster! It isn’t user friendly and no assistance.
Garage app
This can’t be the only way to get special events tickets for the nhl. The app needs to be redone by someone other than the owners kid
Zero accurate descriptions for seats
When getting seats for the Coke Zero sugar 400 there was no description of the individual seats that were selected they were described as seats with no further information. However when attending the event as we went to go to those “seats” we realized as we went to go sit down that the tickets located us in the disabled seating section and our seats were actually wheelchair spaces. There needs to be more information about the seats that you are selecting so incidents like this don’t occur.

Horrible experience with both the app and the company. Surprised they are still in business. Expect your tickets to not load or not even show in the app and the bouncer / event staff to get mad that you can’t pull it up in time.
Legitimately the worst experience
I’ve been trying to buy tickets for an F1 race for a week now. I bought them through the Venmo option on checkout, my card and Venmo were charged. I haven’t received confirmation for my tickets and when I emailed customer service I was told to clear my cache and try again. There’s no customer service number or anything. Only an email, that takes hours to get a one line response.

Where are my tickets?
We literally got tickets through work. Everything verified. My phone broke and I had to get a new one. Logged in to try to get the ticket info again but nothing is there. It’s all gone.

Faster notifications ?
They should have an automated service when it comes to emailing you about tickets and verifying your info… not sure if it’s done by a person or a bot… but if it’s a bot then it should be faster…

Dumpster fire service
Don’t understand why any apps like Ticketmaster and any sporting events pair with this dumpster fire service. Firstly you can’t create an account in the app. Secondly, when you create an account through the website, they send you a verification code rather than having you set up a password, so you still can’t access the app with that account (wonder which genius programmers worked on this project). Then you try to get reset codes sent to your email, just for you to not receive any of the codes no matter how many times you press resend code. Didn’t receive any confirmations to my emails for the tickets I redeemed through Costco and have no clue if they’re going to show up on my account at all. If nothing shows up, I just got scammed of a hundred bucks. What an awful service

Unusable
Won’t let me sign into app, it just throws me back to the sign in screen.
Confused
The app is useless since I can’t create an account. Tried to search website for help. None for the user of the service. I made a reservation with the site via a link from my venue for parking options and have no confidence I actually have a reservation. No instructions in the confirmation for how to manage the parking reservation when arrive or leave the parking structure. No bar code or way to save to e-wallet. Will not use again and use SpotHero or the like who provides a more intuitive experience.

Terrible
I downloaded the app and it asked me for my email and password - there was no way to create an account. How can I sign in without being able to establish an account. Completely worthless app. Horrible, terrible, pitiful.
Non-intuitive and difficult
I could not read any text on the screen in order to figure out what response boxes needed. Could not collapse keyboard to navigate, and no link for account help. App is useless to me In it’s current format and an instant uninstall
