Weird issues with app
Recommend they fix the issues seems to delete information randomly.

This app crashes a lot and the only way to get it to work is to delete it and download it again.
The only good thing that this app got going is that you can run credit cards via Bluetooth.

App is horrible. Takes 3 steps to do one thing. When doing job summary, spell check is gone with update. We are a field of construction workers. Some of us don’t have the best education in spelling. Makes it hard for some techs and office to correct. Have been using for 2 yrs and still has a long way to go. Do better

Used for 5+ years
FieldEdge is a great concept, but some issues I have with it is mobile app capabilities and glitchiness to it’s functionality. I don’t know if they just want to send so much information every time I enter something it takes soo long. Also it’s too easy to delete items, I have to type out comments sometimes and they take precious time that cost my client’s money when I’m billing hourly.
I wish you could attach links or videos, never been able to figure that out either…
Hopefully someone sees this and looks in to it.

Not bad could be better
The app won’t let me send the invoice to the customers email after making a po number. Please fix.
Terrible
The new update takes away ease of use while navigating through the menu because they’ve taken away the ability to swipe between screens. Also, the autocorrect feature within the app has been removed so sometimes uncaught misspells slip through. The updates seemingly make things worse while at the same time a challenge to even use the app. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.

Far from ok
Been using it for years. It’s very clunky, glitchy, and buggy. Makes my daily job very frustrating. Updates promise to fix things but usually creates new problems. Fields don’t save or change when adding equipment, keyboard autofill only works on some tabs. Look elsewhere for a dispatching service.

Really an all around poor app. No spell check or predictive text. Crashes a lot and support,while at times is responsive, doesn’t give you an answer nor helps solve the issues with app.

“Do you want to set this job to traveling?” pop up every time you open a job, even if you’re currently working a separate job. Why would I be traveling anywhere before closing or pausing my previous job?

Worst app for techs
This app is absolutely horrible it clocks me in when I don’t even have the app open. Sometimes it clocks me in all weekend. The configuration of the app is horrible and very user unfriendly. None of the other employees like it. It’s terrible if I could give it a zero star I would

If your boss makes you use this app find another new employer.
Freezes often
The app works when it wants to, if you exit the app under a customer and then try to open the app again it gets stuck on the previous customer. Leaving the only option to delete the app and reinstall.
Rubbish 2
I’d give em a negative star if I could. Another addition to their previous piece of trash. Loads slowly , reducing production time. Half to delete and re upload not as many time as their predecessor, but waste not your money or time.

Works Great
We have had great luck with it. There are a few things that I wish were better, but as far as dispatching and keeping our work orders in a good order, this has worked great for us.

How this app doesn’t have many many more 1 star reviews blows my mind. Buggy and is limited - get a different service
