Not optimal
This app gives me notifications but each time I open it, I’m logged out and display as anonymous. I have to continuously log out and back in each time. Not a user friendly app.
App isn’t responding
This app was working fine and then it glitched and now I can’t log back in. Can’t get past adding in my authentication and then it just hangs.
Buggy app
The iOS version freezes on date picker. It didn’t allow me to log in again after software update. It’s just been easier to use the web browser version on my phone.

Steadily improving
When I started using the app in 2025 I didn’t expect too much for the Club World Cup, and it definitely met MLP expectations. Updates seem to have slowly improved, we shall see how it plays out come tournament time.
Does not work
This app changed my information. Now they say I cannot move forward with volunteering because numbers did not match. I got to volunteer for SLV so it sure what is going on with this app and everyone having problems with their information changing, not just me.
Cheap and ugly app
IK we are doing for free and FIFA is making ton of money. Do us favor, pls pay little money to developer to built nice and operable app. COME ON.
E Learning
The e learning does not open and the ones that do crash after a few selections. Making it nearly impossible to complete tasks in a reasonable time.

After opening the app in my phone it froze with no option to move forward.
Bugs! Won’t allow login
This app has always been pretty slow and buggy but now it won’t even let me log in and the Reset Password button does nothing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app but same result. Disappointing from FIFA!

I am trying to accept my offer. 1. The privacy statement does not show I Accept option

Froze up twice after two installs
I don’t think this works well. Was hoping to get into it for volunteering. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Bugs: No keyboard, can’t login
When the app prompts me to login with my email and password, keyboard won’t pop up no matter what I do - you know… the thing we need to type letters? Even when I try to just copy and paste the info, the app still won’t let me in.

This app has a bug for birthday date
I submitted my birthday on my initial application. When I checked on my birthday in this app, it’s off by one day. I tried to update it at least three times, and the message is ‘your profile is updated’. But every time when I login to this app, my birthday is always off by one day! for example, my birthday is February 14, this app is always February 13. Please fix this bug ASAP. Thank you!
