This app works like a turtle really annoying and slow seems like it’s in Stone Age.

FROZEN at 2026
It’s 2026 and the app is constantly crashing and freezing, takes multiple going in and out of the app to finally work ! WHEN WILL WE GET AN UPDATE ??

I can’t even add flights, I’ve tried multiple times. It just gets stuck.

Robbed
I booked a flight to New Zealand. For a funeral. My flight was intentionally cancelled and they wouldn’t issue me a refund for an international flight. Poor customer service and there website states that they will issue a refund for any unused flights.
Terrible customer support
App is terrible and the customer support is even worse. The call center couldn’t even adjust our seats after calling almost a dozen times. Y’all really need to improve your app and online customer service.
Can’t select seats
I have been trying for several months to select my seats for my flight (included in my ticket) and the app gives me an error every time.
Called customer service who said the issue is that I have to pay to select seats (again, supposed to be included in my fare) and after 45 minutes of the transiting unneeded to pay $80 per passenger each way to select seats even though even the app said seats were included I gave up, hoping that once I checked in I could get it sorted.
Just checked in, picked seats, and got the same error message. Fortunately it’s an empty flight but if this was a full flight I’d be making a bigger fuss about having paid to select seats and then being unable to do so. Either way the app hasn’t been helpful.

Can’t even save email or update email
Trying to purchase a seat upgrade and I can’t even save or update my contact details to check out. At least let me check out and save my seat and I can come back and save my contact details later.

Nothing loads just always says sorry this is taking longer than usual… pretty useless
Useless
The app is useless. You cannot check in (feature was not working as of August 2024), view tickets/boarding passes, or set up baggage drop. The airport has a completely empty line to drop bags - totally unused. Instead, there is a very long line with only two windows open for physical check in. The web based online features to check in and view boarding passes also did not work. The app for my $16 Amazon earbuds is way better. Lol

Beim öffnen der App gibt es jedes Mal was anderes. Mal bist du eingecheckt. Dann wirst du aufgefordert (wieder) einzuchecken. Mal fehlen Informationen. Mal muss man Airport Staff kontaktieren (!). Wenn man die Sitze ändern möchtet stürzt die App ab….

The iPhone App doesn’t allow me to add a new upcoming trip. The + sign is in the top right corner of the screen beside the notch and doesn’t work. There also appears to be something where the notch is that is unreadable. Not a positive experience or user friendly.
