Works Occasionally

Why has this stopped working again?????

App doesn’t work

Everytime I go to access my wallet, it gives me a notification saying that the app either isn’t supported, needs to be updated, or the servers can’t be reached. It doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi, or my data, the app won’t open and my card is locked from the last time I used it! This needs to be fixed ASAP

Can’t open it

It’s not working with the main app anymore

When it works

The concept was great, but that’s about it. I shouldn’t need a separate app from the regular financial center app to see the details in this app. In fact 3 years ago the functions of this app were indeed in the main app. This app takes forever to load. Doesn’t give you as much detail and then randomly stops sending alerts. On top of that, the IT department behind this app has the motivation of a fish trying to learn to read when it comes to fixing issues. When you call to ask a question you are put on hold and then directed to an account specialist that has no clue what’s going on with the tech side. So a ticket has to be made to get in touch with technical support. But it’s not you that gets to talk to them it’s the account specialist that was not informed from the beginning. So you play back and forth on a question that should have taken 15 minutes to answer. Unfortunately it takes much longer. I was told it takes 24hours to get a response but really you are better off driving to the bank in person and dealing with it there than play the waiting game. I enjoy my bank but they are horrible are creating a enjoyable online mobile banking experience.

I can never get this app to work. I don’t understand why they would have two separate apps to manage cards/accounts coming from a single banking institution.
