Transcript error

My grandmother is recorded correctly in the image of 1939 register, (Abbott) but the transcript has her surname wrong (Penny). It has used the surname of the person in the line above! That has created a considerable waist of search time!

The trial was not possible….without actually buying.

I found it very hard to cancel my joining subscription. I realise it could not help me but had to join to try.

Do not pay

I paid for one month and it signed me up and has been charging me!!! I can’t request a refund via Apple and the app says cancel in Apple. Very misleading and I’ll be making a complaint to get my money back!
