Transcript error
My grandmother is recorded correctly in the image of 1939 register, (Abbott) but the transcript has her surname wrong (Penny). It has used the surname of the person in the line above! That has created a considerable waist of search time!
The trial was not possible….without actually buying.
I found it very hard to cancel my joining subscription. I realise it could not help me but had to join to try.
Do not pay
I paid for one month and it signed me up and has been charging me!!! I can’t request a refund via Apple and the app says cancel in Apple. Very misleading and I’ll be making a complaint to get my money back!
Clunky, slow app
Every time I use the app I come away less happy about it.
Very disappointed
I got baptism info on the app but using that information on the website it doesn’t show me anything, in fact it says nothing found

Not good doesn’t perform well the website version is much much better than the app.
Slow and limited but good amount of records
It’s a slow app compared to others like this, selecting filters during a search is limited and I wish that the tree was easier to use.
There are a good amount of records to look at and it’s nice to see s updates regularly.

There was a time when fmp was a wonderful site. Those days are apparently over.
Just added the app, unuseable. From Family Search to fmp, I found 5 family members but fmp won't let me see them. Limited time before charges accrue. I'll save myself some time and delete this waste. Will also let Family Search know what a sad site they are recommending.

Crashes
I’m a paid subscriber but the current version crashes trying to load my tree so is unusable.
No keyboard
Gave up immediately as the app doesn’t work on an iPad Mini - no keyboard input possible.

downloaded, open the app it says to login but theres no signup button and obviously says my email isnt registered when i tried it? fools cant even set up an app🤣
Waste of time
This app simply doesn’t work properly. I’ve tried numerous times to put in information which doesn’t save properly. Extortionate price for subscription. Better off with Ancestry.

Unable to access previously viewed records, even after resubscribing.

Subscription
The app itself is good and helped me find interesting things about my family however, I tried to cancel my subscription but there is no where for me to cancel it. I contacted customer services and they told me to go in the app and cancel it yet the app says you cannot cancel it in the app. I have been charged £9.99 since my free trial has ended and the lack of clear instructions is ridiculous.

Accurate but limited options
Every grandparent that got mentioned was accurate, but 59 pound for 3 months is crazy. I found out that my great grandad was in the 1st world war which is interesting but i wasn’t allowed to look anything into that unless i paid ridiculous money. There’s not even a free trial or anything to subscribe to either. It was interesting and accurate to see there names and what have you but anything interesting about them you won’t get to find out. I get that they was my family but i will NOT be spending 59 pound for them to tell me they had the flu one time in 1428 BC 😮💨
