Received an e-mail. Not even my fines or id. Prompt me to pay asap. Definitely scammers behind it.
Disappointed with the new updated App
The new updated app is not as useful as the previous version. It doesn’t show any information about fines at all.

Paid a fine WAY before the due date, now receiving ugly emails and SMSes from the city saying my fine is overdue. Why does Fines SA take 3 MONTHS to pay???
Very useless piece of App
I just signed up right now. I am trying to logIn after it took me to email verification which I only received the OTP without any link to enter that OTP. I then went pay to the App to try and signIn, it says error. I tried saying “Forgot Password” it then prompt me to a new password set up but after that successfully resetting of my password, I am still unable to login

Tried Hard
I really tried hard but couldn’t get the app to take my phone number in the first attempt. Worked after deleting and reinstalling. Then it didn’t like my ID number for some reason. Again delete and reinstall. Still doesn’t like it. I give up! Better ways to waste time than this.

From being able to pay fines to not being able to pay fines. Ugh! This millennial cleverness is best spent on teleportation than fixing something that was never broken.
Quick dev fixes
This app has so much potential but there are so many bugs that make it so difficult to operate. Number one. My cell phone number. So in the cell phone number field you’ve predetermined how you would like me to key in my cell phone number by inserting the country code +27. When I input the rest of my number (without the Zero) it does not accept it wants me to add the zero. Number 2 —passwords and activation email. There is no indication of how many characters need to be in my password and what type of characters for example lowercase uppercase of special case. The Password field is also highlighted in orange, which gives the impression that if I key in my password and it accept it will turn green. That’s not the case. Why highlight the field in orange and mislead me if it serves no purpose. The activation email — has a bug. It leads to an error page which gives no actionable steps to the user on what to do. Number three there’s no scroll on the side navigations —which means my keyboard automatically pops up when I click on a field, the only way for me to close that keyboard pop-up is to press anywhere on the screen because it’s hovering over ‘sign up’ — so frustrating. Number four if this app does not work after specific hours (for security reasons) let it be known! It doesn’t work after 23:00. Please take these pointers into consideration. I use an apple 13 and yes my system is update — 18.5. 🙏
