My app won’t load
It was good while I could access the app. But now, despite numerous updates, when I open the 1st for women app, it automatically shuts down or closes. I tried deleting it and reloading. But it still does the same - closes and shuts down?
Disgraceful
We had been insured with these people for a while. After we had requested to cancel everything listed under our policy number/name they still continued to deduct payment from our account. We are currently in the process of trying to get our money back however they are stating that we are not entitled to it as we didn’t specifically request a certain product to be cancelled which fell under the same policy number just to be clear. They are misleading people and actively legally stealing from clients. Don’t accept their VAP cover or any cover from them in that matter. The company is disgusting

I had a great experience, from submitting my call request to being called back in seconds. Onboarding process was also very simple and I was able to complete the registration process in minutes. Grateful to the consultant who spoke to me

Reliable and understanding. I was having financial difficulties and I explained my situation and the agent was so compassionate and understanding. I feel safe all the time, like I really have an angel watching over me.
Crashes and closes
The app won’t open. As soon as I open it, it flashes up and immediately closes. Now I don’t have access to my roadside assist or panic button :((
