U able to share info

Useless with creating trip if u can’t share itinerary with others . It asks for email and PW . This doesn’t allow anyone else to see the trip details . I wish When having one person in our group creating the trip it allowed one to add or delete any ideas.

You can share your trip, and others will be able to view it without logging —just use the "Share" button inside your trip. That said, we take privacy very seriously, so we don’t allow unauthorized users to access personal data or make any changes. Customization options are coming soon! In the meantime, feel free to drop your suggestions in the in-app chat—our team will do their best to bring your ideas to life. 😊 Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions in our chat—we’d love to help plan the trip of your dreams! ✨🌍

Works ok

The app works well most of the time, but they don’t give contact numbers for the tours and tour guides until just before the tour, so you need to message them if there’s a delay

Iceland

I was going on a 4 day trip in iceland in my Europe trip and firebird set me up with a very nice planned trip. Only issue for certain people could be the price other than that the system on the app is great.

Not worth the time

Absolutely waste of time. I reached out to them several times only for them to reply, we’ll get back to you. Now it’s been almost 3 weeks with one week of absolutely no reply—just to find out they’ve deleted all the conversations and in order for me to figure out my travel, I’d have to restart the whole stupid process. Honestly not worth the time to talk to Victoria or Alexandra, they won’t get back to you.

Amazing App!

I have installed the app and it is very very useful during my trip. I can easily access my travel itinerary and see the details that I need. Highly recommend 👌

Broken

I have downloaded the Firebird app for an upcoming trip to Italy. I am worried that it will not work properly when there as it is not allowing the features I need to access now. IT is supposed to be fixing it but that has been 2 weeks and it is still not working properly.

Scotland Ireland Trip

Firebird did an excellent job in helping plan our trip to Scotland and Ireland. The hotels, guides and other activities were terrific! Every detail was planned out and executed wonderfully! We will use Firebird again!

Both Philip in Copenhagen and Janine in Oslo have been wonderful guides , enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable. As good as they get.
