A really unfriendly useless web site full of elementary errors!
Dysfunctional app
Travelled the past week. Trying to access app again but app demands log in with user ID email but access failed. When I asked for reminder /resetting the password… the message “user ID not found”. Ridiculous.
Slow and buggy
Takes forever to open (if it does at all).

Absolutely horrible
There was no aircon and it was stinking hot the whole flight. My flight attendant kept kicking my chair purposely to embarrass and discriminate me in front of everyone. The food was terrible and tastes disgusting and gave me diarrhoea and don’t get me started on how small the seats were. The flight attendants are so rude so do not use firefly airlines I repeat DO JOT USE FIREFLY AIRLINES

Connecting flights or codeshare flights not available
Not sure why they don’t show or allow booking connecting flights or codeshare flights from the app itself.
Like Sydney to Kuala Lumpur available in the website but missing from the app.

Soooo many hoops to jump
Suffers Screen freezes, locks app, back to start again all the flight details and hoops to jump
Pop ups in any app are awful
Phone number country code selection pull down menu / changing it is a fail.
Why can’t a member register or join to remember details, just login, preventing all the form filling ?
Especially when app fails, have to start again!

Booking
Cannot add details of upcoming flights booked through another way. Payment for changes to seats not working. Payment did not go through even though authentication pin no keyed in. Tried twice

The credit card no is not saved properly. When I make a new booking it says “credit card no invalid”.... so I have to delete and re-enter the info

When opening the app, the only option is to update, which then sends you to the App Store for an update, which is not available!!!

Needs milestone update
The app needs a MAJOR update. I mean look at the other airlines apps. This app always makes me feel im still in 2006. Please update the app completely and have the flights that are booked available when using the same email to login and book.

Open the app, it said please update. When you click update, it goes to the App Store to exactly the same app. It’s just go on in cycle. Hopeless app.

Improvement needed.
It is not user-friendly. I can only check-in using the app IF I had bought the ticket using the App. But, there are many times I buy my tickets online using my desktop which means I cannot check in using the App. MAB allows for App check in even if the ticket was booked elsewhere. Take a look at the dialogue box when one tries to check in online: "You have no flight record. Please BOOKING your flight to proceed".

Mobile check-in does not work
The app crashes every time I try to check-in using the mobile check-in function.

Basically an app which runs the mobile web browser version (read: slow!)
