Good for Learning/ Nix for a how to reference
I read the reviews and downloaded it anyway, then deleted it. I already know first aid. I wanted a reference source. This is not that. It would be best suited as a tool while taking a course.

Please fix spelling mistakes and non English button. Otherwise material is great.

Tout le monde est unanime : cette version est moins ergonomique et facile que la précédente application. Les vidéos et illustrations étaient utiles pour réaliser les gestes.

Stop sending me to learn. I need assistive instructions.
Not happy with the new layout of app. Used to be able to search for the type of situation you’re actively dealing with and could remind yourself by reviewing step by step instructions. Now you can’t do that. Searching brings you to learning, which is broken into segments, even if you’re on the “provide assistance” side. And going through the assessment of someone who’s alert and oriented brings you no where. I know I’m dealing with… a burn, heat stroke, laceration… show me the written information of what I’m searching for and I can refresh myself with the learning section later.

This app is terrible. All I want is a first aid manual. I don’t need training modules. What a useless app. Already have the training.

Selon moi c’est vraiment une bonne application tu peut avoir de nombreuses formations de premier soins et un guide en cas de besoin urgent avec des recommandations quoi faire.

Really great app. Shame the spelling mistakes/typos have not been fixed yet.

Раньше было нормальное приложение с четкими простыми инструкциями о том, что нужно делать в различных ситуациях. Теперь есть обучение, но простого алгоритма действий нет. В экстренной ситуации, к сожалению, оно ничем не поможет

This new version is just terrible.
More like “If Ever Aid”
The app does not bundle the textual info with it and takes minutes to get to the stage of moving from location selection. Even then, I was hit with “Our servers are under maintenance” upon proceeding, which is a horrible thing to see if it were to happen on a trip where I actually needed that. Thankfully, I am just preparing for the trip now, but that was kinda grotesque.

Useless to save lives
I am a first responder and unfortunately this app is useless in an emergency situation, unlike the previous app. App should have a “need help now” section where you simply enter the symptom and quickly get treatment advice.

Useless in a medical situation
The old app was very useful as a reference for providing first aid. The new app is not helpful whatsoever. Please at the very least restore the content the old app had.

Pourquoi avoir arrêter l’application d’origine?! Celle là n’est pas claire, absolument pas intuitive, on ne trouve rien, et en plus il manque énormément de choses comparé à la première!
Il faut aller dans des catégories, puis des sous catégories … pour ne pas trouver d’information claire!
