This is a great bank to work with very “human” people that are always as helpful as they possibly can be.
Stupid app
Constantly have to put my password in and always turn on the Face ID. If someone got a hold of my phone they wouldn’t be able to access it unless they had the same face. Very stupid setup for this app.
Worst Banking app I have ever seen
Resets facial recognition all the time. Stops working at worse possible times making your money inaccessible particularly on weekends or holidays where there is no customer support. Customer support not local and generally has no clue how to manage even the slightest problem. Has forced me to consider that there is no way for me to safely run my business through this credit union because of it.

Unable to log in to see accounts and zero customer support
Unable to log in on the app or online. Also no one available to help. I need to check my accounts and cannot. Serious issue that is not ok.
Never Works
The application or website never work. Haven’t been able to see my account in about two weeks other than over the phone. Multiple features on the app are not functional.
Great banking app
I love this app and bank because of the convenience, it’s easier to budget my monthly expenses bc I can see what I’m spending and on what with the history tab, I also like how I can deposit a check with this app instead of waiting for my bank to be open. The only complaint I have is I can’t see my banking and routing number with this app, and I’ve had to call a representative to get that info, but otherwise this is a really reliable app and it’s always fast to update.

Credit card
My credit card which I very rarely used has been hacked several times I have had bad customer service when trying to cancel my card 4 different calls/ 4 months. Waiting on hold for 20 plus monies. Very unhappy with credit card service, Judi & Todd Heroff( members over 36 yrs)
App does not work and mediocre customer
Have been to the bank and still unable to access any account at all, have tried asking for help multiple times and still can’t get into my account this is ludicrous fix your app.

App is so easy to use saves time and money didn’t have to drive to credit union !

I cannot open the app. When touching the application, I get a white screen for a while then it crashes. Please fix this

I have been a member of First Aliance Credit Union for more than 45 years and they have been there for me and my family every step of the way. I have always said if I was ever lucky enough to win the lottery they would be my first phone call. Thank you for your great service and advice.
Frustrated
Don’t bother I can’t even get past enrolling my account to get into the app I’ve tried about 5 times still says error
Mediocre
Kinda lame. Only works half the time. Why have a mobile deposit feature, when it never even works??

Well Designed
This is a well designed app by the First Alliance team where you can deposit a check and check your account all in one application! Safe to use and haven't had any issues since installing the app.

First Alliance is on top of tech for a credit union. No better place to keep and manage your money.
